Mcdonald's

Horrible, rude customer service. Employees do not listen to your order and make you repeat yourself multiple time to get the order and still get the order wrong. Had to ask for a refund, because it was completely not what we ordered. When the manager came back 10 min later with the money she have us too much. We tired to tell her and she told us we didn't know how to count. Staff clearly does not know what is going on in this store.

Clean up-to-date establishment, friendly staff. The patrons were the problem, cursing and being abnormally loud. No one from the McDonald's Team said anything until a fight broke out in the dining area. The McDonald's Team member told them there's no fighting in the restaurant. My children were scared to the point my six year old asked to leave beause she was scared. You can't control the public but you can control what happens in your establishment. I feel the team should have asked harnessed the behavior before it escalated to fighting. Very poor example of care for an otherwise nice area.
