I ordered pizza on 6/1/2022 and received the wrong order. I've contacted the manager on duty who informed me that It would take an hour or more before the order was corrected and delivered. I live less than a mile from the location, and the average time for my usual order of 3 to 4 pizzas from placing the order to it arriving at my door is typically in 30 to 45 minutes. Why should correcting one pizza take so much time? I have guests in my house, and naturally, everyone is hungry now, right now. So one of my guests decides to grab a slice of the pizza that was incorrectly made. After some time, contact is made with the store and I inform the manager that a Slice has been eaten from it. He refuses to fix it, despite the fact that it was their fault originally for not being accurate with their service to being with. And now, as a consistent patron, I will withdraw my business. I didn't receive the service that I paid for and I will not give your brand to mistreat me another time.

I really enjoy this downtown location. It's open late nearly every night 1am weekdays and 3am weekends. AND you can dine in up until closing time?! An excellent option after a show or nightclub. I really dig the convenience of the robo-call order taker. It even recognizes specials/coupons. No more busy phones lines or constant being put on hold. BTW pizza was really fresh, picture perfect Domino's pizza although not my favorite pizza chain.

Excellent customer service! Especially from Nate. Very cool guys 10/10 will recommend. Food was made on time and ready for pickup for me. Overall the experience from the phone call to order to pickup was flawless and amazing.

Took my money via the app for a delivery order just to call me and tell me they weren't doing deliveries. Now they're holding my money for several days. If you aren't doing deliveries, turn off the ability to order for delivery. It's not hard guys. Won't be ordering here again.

It’s definitely hit or Miss here and most of them are misses. It seems like they must be lacking in drivers because it takes an inordinate amount of time for food to be delivered. Plus, if a person were to check the times according to the app, it seems as though they regularly finish making food way too quickly
And then it sits there for a long time. I’ve received several pizzas where it was obvious that the food sat around before being delivered. Fortunately if you inform corporate of this they generally are helpful but still, I’d rather just get my pizza delivered fresh and not an hour after it was made.

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DOMINOS AGAIN!
My wife and I ordered a pizza and lava cakes from the Norfolk, VA location Store #8087. After waiting over an hour, we checked the "Tracker" that said the driver left the store with our order over 40 minutes ago (order was made an hour and 20 minutes at this point). My wife called the store, and was very polite, to see if something is wrong with the order. The woman on the line who said she was the manager said, "the tracker isn't always accurate." and hung up on her. We called again a few minutes later to complain and were told the address in their system is wrong so they cancelled it, even though our confirmation email shows the right address. She also said the driver called us (we have no missed calls). Then, once again hung up on us rather than offering a solution or apology. I went to the store to talk to the manager, Elizabeth, about the horrible their customer service. I told her I would be writing to corporate to Which she replied "have fun with that." I will never, ever do business with a place with such a poor attitudes towards customers.
