MOST GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT EVER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The food is very cold and they’re very rude ! if they make a mistake they’ll blame it on you and won’t even apologize… so many teenagers there who don’t wear mask right and no gloves like there’s no pandemic.. there’s nothing ever available on the menus and the service is the worst i’ve seen ever in my entire 28 years of eating out. they just throw food in the bag like it’s nothing careless and if i’m paying money for good food it shouldn’t come out like this. if i could rate zero stars i would put negative because this place stinks. please avoid ordering doordash from this place too because they’ll mess it up too! i ordered food by doordash and it was someone else’s order so i brought it back up here and the lady blamed it on me and said that she shouldn’t be giving me more food but she did it to be niceS i’ve had problems with this location so many times and it’s at a point where i’m just gonna take my business else where because the way they act is so ridiculous , rude , and unprofessional.

There was hair in my food at Popeyes on Saint Paul’s Boulevard Norfolk Virginia. I ordered it through Uber eats. When I talk to the manager she stated that’s the Uber Eats driver open the bag that was tied open the box of food and put the hair inside the fries. I then told her that the Uber eats driver didn’t have any hair on his head. So she said that I couldn’t get a refund or any other free food because I ordered through Uber eats. Very unprofessional.

The most ghetto establishment in norfolk, let's start with the drive thru cashier who's dialect was the same as a 12yr, next everything on the menu was unavailable except #8 which were the new chicken nuggets, they were disgusting, cold and hard. They had no individual bags for the fries so i received 3 orders of fries in one bag that was made for the chicken sandwhich.The Only beverage available was fruit punch. My daughter asked about sauces and the drive thru cashier said they were out, so I said just give me ketchup and I threw it in the bag only to get home and realize she gave me strawberry jelly instead... Really! Popeyes has fallen off and im pretty sure its nc of whom they're hiring and where they're located. If I had tasted my food before I pulled off I definitely would have demanded a refund. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ONE UNLESS YOURE PREPARED TO BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND STILL HUNGRY

Just start all over. Fire everyone and hire new management. First I pull up in the drive through and no one ever came on the speaker to say hello or hold on. Finally someone comes on and on the middle of the order their mic goes out and I can't really hear what they are saying. She come comes back on and she's yelling to the person in the drive through window and yelling to answer coworker. I begin my order again and then I hear another voice and she tells me to order again because she wasn't listening. Finally order and had to wait for the chicken to be made and I guess everyone else did too. But I watched as the 3 cars in front of me each had to go inside with their bag because I guess their order was wrong. They bring my food out to the car and I'm asking the lady are certain items in the bag and she's in a hurry to rush off. I look in the bag and half my order is missing. So now I too have to go inside. I go in they are now out of my order can couldn't make it and refused a refund. They give me something else and I ask for sauces and they are out of just about every sauce. I ask for ice for my tea and they are out of that. Every time was just poorly ran. They literally messed up all 4 orders before me and that's just what I saw.

These people are rude, rude, rude! We placed door dash order and the food that got delivered to us to was very old. We went to the store to request for them to make it fresh. The lady was very rude, and told us she doesn’t have to make us a new order since she packaged the food herself. She told us to contact doordash instead and slid the food over to us resulting in it hitting us. Do not eat here, unless you like bad customer service and old food.
