Staff very courteous, and respectful, the manger “Mrs Teresa” is one of the nicest people and care about the food being cooked and prepared to perfection. She takes time making sure staff is caring to the customers orders. She is the showman ship that all managers should represent as a energetic, caring and instilled respect in her staff. They all great you as you walk in the building, and attend to your every need as for the food. I’m a catfish specialists and they cooked them to perfection. I even got a second order to go. I drove back to Maryland with that catfish in the back. I devoured it and one we unpacked. Taste the absolute best I have eaten in years. Taste like catfish from my Grandma kitchen. Coleslaw has some kick to it and was tasty, “OMG” I am going back to this location upon my return in a few weeks. My suggestion is to stop into establishment and get your eat on.

I have been here 3 times over the last 6 months. All three times it seems slow for a fast food restaurant. Two times the food was good. This last time the food tasted like it had been cooked in old oil or something as it had a bad after taste. The portions for the sides seemed smaller this last time as well.

I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes and the line did not move. I parked and came inside. The cashier was friendly but it seems like there is no manager on duty. Everyone was moving at a snail’s pace. Fifteen minutes into my wait after I ordered and the drive thru line still hasn’t moved. If I was the franchise owner I would be embarrassed. This is the worst experience I have had. I could have done better with my eyes closed and hands tied behind my back.

This my second time given them a chance to fix my first experience here and they’re just a horrible place to eat and spend your money @ I went in got a lunch special and that starts @ 11 it was 11:40 give or take food was cold how ????? ya just open at 10:30 fish was the size of a nugget missing my hush puppies spoons full of fries usually I’ll just ride off in deal with it but nope I had to return this mess manager came ask what was wrng show him you think he ask can I fix it nope, but you have your receipt… I’m done with captain D’s just GO TO LONG JOHNS SILVER IF YOU WANT SEAFOOD FYI now I don’t know about all them but the one on 21st street Norfolk va drive pass don’t waste your time!!!!!

My order was taken wrong. I feel cheated in the amount of food given. Clam strips were possibly only 5 given. 5 piece shrimp but received 12. The manager really doesn't care about customer service. They were out of lids for drinks and want to hand an open drink to drivers in the drive thru. And to make things worse condiments given were open, old, crusty and leaking.
