Sal's Pizza Wards Corner

Sal's meat lovers pizza is very tasty with high quality meats a delicious flavor, and a very crispy crust. The lunch special is a lot of food at a good price. The slices are very big. I recommend one slice for one person and two slices for 2 people. The slices are that big! I rated the decor as poor / fair based on the comfort of the restaurant. The AC does not work and must be fixed

Best pizza in the Tidewater area....BAR NONE. If you crave New York style pizza, this is where you need to come. Order the pizza at home and then come back for the rest of the menu. The calzones and stromboli are filled with fresh, made-to-order ingredients and are bigger than your car. (One calzone will feed three women/two guys easily.) The lasagna is off the chain. If you're a serious Italian food lover, Sal's is the place to go. Their prodcut is perfection, the prices are exceptional, and their service is outstanding. If you live in Hampton Roads you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't check it out.
