I CAN NOT say enough nice things about THIS location!!! The crew that has been here for the past year is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They are so nice & sweet!!!! I ADORE them!!! They know my order without me even saying anything. I used to order in the drive through at minimum 5x a wk. But now I order online ahead. Theres no where on the app to order ice no water. But its always waiting right beside my drink order which they have perfected and know by heart!!! The ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS put a smile on my face as soon as I walk in (even on my worst days). How nice is it when employees fill a room with sunshine?!? Corney oh well, its how i feel. And Amanda was ESPECIALLY SWEET today with her lil extra touch to my order today!!! Thank you babe, you are still making me smile hrs after me leaving. Thank you to EVERYONE- I grown to have super affectionate feelings for you guys!!!!

March 20th 2022 me and my friend literally just left this Starbucks and after walking in and standing in line at the cashier waiting for our order to be taken we decided to leave because we realize we was standing for 5 mins and never was greeted or acknowledged. My friend said maybe we are out of place or BLACK that we couldn’t get any service but that defiantly showed while standing there and not once spoken to. Not only am I going to speak about it but this is just the beginning.

For thirty moons did I wait in eager anticipation of our deliverance from thirst and need. Now, as we approached the glass door of receiving, our encounter with the mystical voice box of ordering a distant memory, we prepared ourselves to receive salvation. A figure appeared at the door, offering food and drink unknown to us. “Oh great deliverer, hear our plea. This is not the message given to the voice box of ordering.” This displeased the figure who quickly vanished behind the glass doors of deliverance once more. Eons passed, time lost all meaning, and the caravan of travelers in our wake grew disrupting the cramped work of “parking lot”. When all hope was nearly lost, the figure re-emerges, and presented a new offering. “Oh great figure of deliverance, why do you return with these strange items once more? Why do you not bring what was asked for at the voice box of ordering? Have we forsaken thee?!” The figure stares sternly beyond our physical existence deep into the shrouded corners our souls. The pure lack of apathy revealing all. We take the offerings and accept our new fates. Doomed to eternal dissatisfaction and the loss of time never to be regained. We look forward now to new voice boxes of ordering in hopes that we may one day find respite from the constant yearning for that blissful first sip of correctly made coffee.

As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Amanda. Clearly she was the manager and was completely about her business, clean,handling trash,talking with customers and just making it happen! Then she wash her hands and jumped in to help with drink orders...this woman is very impressive. Great job and an asset to the company!

If I could give it NEGATIVE STARS I would. First of all I went to this location in the morning for a coffee. No one greeted or acknowledged me as I stood there in line. I was the only person in line by the way. It took them no kidding 10 minutes to take my order, then it took them 20 minutes to make my coffee. Did I say I was the only customer in there? Then in the afternoon I decided to go back again to get an ice coffee. Thinking it won’t happen again. I wanted to give them an other chance. Big mistake. Same thing again. But this time when they were done making my drink they didn’t even call out my name. He just placed it on the counter and moved on to the next drink. AVOID THIS STARBUCKS. I’m glad I’m just here visiting but the bad thing is it’s right next to my daughters house. Also just found out there are other Cafes near to go to.

I love their breakfast sandwiches they are so delicious I do not like the bathrooms in Ghent because it requires a key. Or a code. I believe that every human deserves the right to use a public restroom. If they are afraid of cleaning up after people. The company should hire cleaning attendants . The job description could involve cleaning the lobby,bathrooms and patio tables including trash cans.
