Hardee's

On 6/8/22, I arrived at 10:15 with only a few cars ahead of me. That should have been plenty of time to get "FAST" food before breakfast ends at 10:30. However, at 10:35 when it was my turn to order, the menu board was flipped to lunch and 3 minutes later, at 10:38, I was asked for my order. The employee and manager refused to serve breakfast even though I explained that I had been in line way before lunch began. Then I pulled up to the window to ask for the Franchise contact info and was refused that unless I made a purchase to get the number from the receipt. When I asked for the restaurant address so that I could look up the #, I was given 2301 and the employee closed the window and I had to wait again to know if that is Halprin or Little Creek since they are on the corner. Who would mind a long wait if the food and customer service are on point? The service provided was a poor representation of Hardee's.

Hardee's had really lowered it's standards as far as the quality of product and also quantity.. it seems as if they've really been pinching pennies when it comes to how much you get of anything.. less ingredients on the sandwiches and burgers less fries, not to mention everything seemed to get smaller and smaller.. very disappointed the other news night and won't be going back anything me soon...

Poor management!!! Just waited 20 minutes for a plain biscuit and a sausage biscuit...and that's after I had to ask about my order! Everyone (even the manager) was moving at a snail's pace with absolutely no sense of urgency to fill orders. They must have had at least 15 cars in the drive thru, which is why I went inside. And of course everything was hard as a rock! Pathetic!!!

My husband and I ordered a thick burger each and didn't pay attention to the receipt and the young kid who helped us had an attitude and talking in the air as well as to the manager on duty very rudely but anyways when we received our food and started eating it I thought to myself this burger tastes strange so when I looked at the receipt I noticed he rang us up for the veggie burger and then when I talked to the manager on duty about another issue she had an attitude as well. Not to mention the restaurant is very dirty and needs a good deep cleaning. I also ordered chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans to bring home for dinner for my grandsons and had to throw out the food since I could not go back to the restaurant. The tenders were cold and hard, the potatoes were old and burnt, the gravy was old and lumpy and the green beans were salty as heck. I will never go back to this Hardee's location.
