Order the MINI PRETZEL DOGS sold me old and over cooked product burnt bottoms and all this was my first time trying Auntie Anne's and will be my last I'll stick with Cinnabon.

I usually love this place, and I DON'T do reviews, but... *sigh* I order a pretzel, go home and bite Into it.... hard... as... a... ROCK! if you're too lazy to throw out old pretzels for your customers sake, then get another job.

WOW! I can't believe this place is so highly rated I guess I can't agree whether or not the food is any good. Because I left after witnessing POOR FOOD HANDELING. The cashier wearing gloves handling money counting change, then touching pretzels. DISCUSTING.

Just got to the mall. They have nothing left and for the past 3 weeks I have bought 4 pretzels. And week after week the same sign. Is there a customer service number I can report this too.

I wanted to use my reward points for a free pretzel and the cashier could not understand. Must have been lost in translation because English was not her first language. Very frustrating.

I ordered several pretzels and got to the counter to pay. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS??? What? Every store in the mall accepts credit EXCEPT Auntie Anne's, warning.
