Horrible service, tried to call location and got nowhere with the woman who answered the phone. Try to tell me they couldn’t look up the order to fix issues. Very bad customer service no wonder why they have a 3.3 rating, read before you order. Sandwich missing half of what it was supposed to get.

I speak perfect English and actually speak to over 100 people daily. Three of the workers treated me as if I didn’t speak English because I was in the “delivery” section to retrieve my order. All I asked for was the turkey combo and the Rep but my order with the delivery order. Why are you treating your customers this way instead place the order where is not surrounded by different order types. I will not be returning. I don’t care how fast you are. Train better and stop acting like every Mexican looking person does not understand

Don’t get me wrong, I love Jimmy Johns. But this store needs better management. I placed an online order at 12:06pm, drove to the store to pick it up 15 mins later, food still wasn’t ready, was told it was “next”, proceeded to wait 20 more mins as other people who came into the store after me got their sandwiches. Poor customer service. The only reason this rating isn’t 1 star is because I’ve know it’s not Jimmy Johns as a whole, it’s this store.

Took 1 hour and 15 mins for a delivery of two sandwiches. They forgot my drink and did not pick up the phone when I tried to call twice to get a refund for the drink.
Absolutely horrible customer service and attention to detail.

Ordered at 11:27. Figured at most 30 minutes we would be able to eat….at 11:56 I was notified my order was out for delivery. Okay seems like a long time for a store that’s only 7 minutes from my house but ok. It’s now 1:00pm and still no food. So my fountain drink and sandwich have been driving around in a car for the last hour??? Just tried to contact the store but no one answered.

Well ordered my sandwich well over an hour ago and it still shows order received and hasn't budged since. Store phone doesn't work, just goes dead as well. Called customer service and they said they would have the owner contact me which also didn't happen. - Addition (Sandwich arrived 2 hours later, owner never called after multiple requests from corporate).
