Starbucks

We stopped here on our way home from Atlanta, and it's a very clean, modern coffee shop with a very convenient location. Less than a mile from I-85, it has a busy drive thru and a spacious outdoor seating area. There are plenty of tables and chairs inside too. The bathrooms are always an indicator of the quality of a restaurant, and these were in great shape too. Friendly service and the standard quality food and beverage offerings from Starbucks as well.

The most unprofessional location in Gwinnett!! They have no common sense or courtesy. If the moble order says “NO ICE” then follow the directions smh. Waste of time, always super long lines. Here a pic of same drink I ordered at another no problem a few mins later. Starbucks chain is falling apart!

Most disgusting coffee ever! Went through the drive-through had to sit there for 20 minutes before they even got to me the coffee was better had them to remake it they remade it and it taste worse. Alyssa on top with black foam. This place is horrible. I’m not sure what’s going on here but they need to get rid of the entire staff. I’ve never been to Starbucks before and they were things slow and coffee taste like tar. Mobile app never works and if you ask for hot or warm they give you cold.

Went in there this morning and ordered a drink with no foam and no room. Get the drink and is filled up 3/4th. Since I went through the drive through I went inside to ask for more milk but Erika was having an attitude. Do your job correctly and there will be no complaints. The new crew in there was not very friendly. This Starbucks seems to change the employees every few months so I'm guessing this will happen again. No matter where you go next if you don't change your attitude you won't be there for long.

You'll find a very friendly teamwork particularly in the mornings, so, don't skip your morning c-o-f-f-e-e ! If you haven't tried the little egg bites those are delicious with 3 different flavors to choose. My favorite is just a regular cappuccino with additional half & half and I would appreciate it if one day I can find the half and half hot or even warm. The location is basically new, I'm glad they moved from that tight corner that you almost missed white driving plus without Drive thru. This new location is beautiful, you can enjoy it as soon as you walking in with a perception of a big location because the floor to ceiling windows that was a good choice, high ceilings awesome, everything around impeccable clean, bathrooms, outside and inside areas. The location counts also with a beautiful patio with enough chairs and tables to enjoyed. Stop by this Starbucks, I drive an extra mile to enjoy this place not.only the products they sale but the nice and clean space.

This is my go to Starbucks however, lately their hours have been so confusing! Specifically, they keep opening/closing indoors and only have drive thru but don’t have a consistent schedule so it’s very iffy. For an example, I like ordering ahead (via mobile order) and the indoor pickup is available (so I select that) but when I get there it’s locked... so I either have to cancel my order or get in the drive thru line. I wish they would be more consistent with it because it definitely is a bit confusing.
