This fast food place has very nice workers! They are prompt and always make certain that you have the right things in your order. Their malts are great but the tacos neat some improvement! Unlike the place across the street, there is little waiting to get your food!!!

Menu options were slightly different than locations in Tucson. Went for lunch only because I was craving the tooth the 2 tacos. They were fresh and hit the spot as always. Have not been to this location when they are busy and on this occasion I used the drive thru.

Didn't have what I ordered and paid for from the app. The worker gave me an iced coffee and breakfast platter to make up for the missing item. She was very kind and soft spoken. Will continue to go back but the inventory person needs to keep up on the stock so the workers in the store aren't having to cover for them.

I had asked for a cheesecake with my order. Upon delivery I noticed that they gave me churros instead. When I went back to correct my order, the girl became defensive, tried to argue with me, and said I was wrong. This is unprofessional and unnecessary. Please train your workers to handle simple issues.

Sadly these last two times I've been through drive thru was horrible, burger was sloppily put together with the meat being really crispy (burnt), my medium fries where not fresh they where old, only half way filled the only thing that was ok was my drink so there's that, oh and don't expect them to explain in english on top of having to ask for receipt to make sure that they charged you Right

This Jack in The Box has employed only two workers to handle their evening/night shifts for the past years, and even though the food is always on point, it does take a little bit longer than at other Jack in the Box's. All in all, great fast food and it's convenient location in Downtown Nogales AZ. is ideal.

Never have to ask for ketchup and they give you plenty unlike mcdonalds who you have to remind and only give you one for this reason i give jackinthebox an A+
