Big Whiskeys American Restaurant And Bar

Loved the steak mac and cheese (would have been spot on with the pic of if it had a little more meat) the garlic bread was yummy too. I had a couple of drinks which were tasty. The All American Margarita and Ice Queen ( the Ice Queen didn’t exactly match the pic, it was supposed to have a strawberry and cool whip, I had our waitress bring me extra strawberry mix ( because it didn’t taste like strawberry and had her give me a strawberry ). Atmosphere was nice and overall experience was good.

We've eaten here twice this week. It costs a bit more than fast food, but it's sooooo much better!!! We had the pleasure of being served by Becca both times. When I say they have a full menu I'm not kidding. Over 100 whiskeys are available as well as top shelf mixed drinks, beer, and wine and happy hour specials. Food wise there's everything from burgers to Mexican fare and seafood. Pastas and salads, appetizers and so much more! I've found my favorite restaurant!!!

Good food, good service. We split two appetizers. The "Buffalo Wontons" are amazing. And I can say the same about the "Beer and Cheese Pretzels". I had a the "Big A Reuben". It was somewhat bland for a reuben. The kraut wasn't as tart as I'd expect, and it was a bit dry. My wife and sister split the "Chicken Parmesan Pasta". They split it in the kitchen into two neat servings. The both loved it. Service was always prompt and helpful. We had a group of 10, so there was a guaranteed tip even if they had been inattentive.

I do like the food here, however, service is lacking big time! I have placed 2 mobile online orders this week, both instances I have arrived exactly at the time listed in the email on when the food will be “ready.” I pull into my curbside space, call to inform them on my arrival, and wait... Both instances a 20 min wait. What is the point of placing an order in advanced? Over a hour goes by from the time of the order to get the food. The restaurant doesn’t appear to be very busy either. A team meeting is needed to address this issue because this is ridiculous. Also both times the team members forgot my ranch.
