I do not like being forced to use the kiosk. If I wanted a job at McDonald's I would have applied for it. My Amish friend and I requested to place our order at the counter but we were told we must use the kiosk.

I ordered an Arnold Palmer (1/2 tea and 1/2 lemonade) and was told they could not do that. Really? You fill a cup halfway with tea and halfway with lemonade. How hard is that? I order this everywhere else and I have not had a problem. This makes no sense at all.

Wanted to get breakfast this morning website says open at 4am it was 530 no signs on,employees standing around inside and 4 or 5 of them standing in front smoking. Either change the time on your website or get a manager that will take orders before 7.

I ordered a 1/4 cheese value meal. Not only was the burger raw it was on the side of the bun the cheese had it stuck to the side of the bun and the condiments were on the outside of the bottom bun. I’ve made my last trip to mcdonalds. To bad you can’t give negative stars
