Every time I go to this store there’s a problem. Now I’m not allowed to scratch lottery tickets by the machine even though I spend about $20-30 a day on tickets ? I’ve been scratching tickets inside the store for years. It’s not like there’s anyone else using the machine. From now on I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I could mention the dozens of other issues I’ve had at this location but what’s the point? Worse 711 in town!! AVOID AVOID!!!

Extremely rude management, awful to employees, refusing to pay them. Minimum wage is a joke for risking your life on the daily. Also they rarely clean parking lot bc they prey on the homeless and give them 5 dollars and a hot dog to clean the lot.

This 7-11 supports the deaf community, of various racial and ethnic backgrounds, too. I also read that they donated brownies to the COVID unit at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. Thank you 7-11 on the eastern end of Pine Ave, in Niagara Falls, for your community spirit!

I went in today looking for hamburger buns, the few packages they had had an expiration date of May 6th, today is June 9th, they were not only expired but they were hard as a rock. Disgusting place if they can't even check their stock.

The new owners are so unfriendly and they put in HUGE video surveillance TVs everywhere...which look very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I live a street away and will go way out of my way to go to another 711 just not to go to this one where they are unhelpful and unfriendly.
