Twisted Olives

Went through the side door cause front door was locked even though they were open. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, sat ourselves. The cook had to be the waitress and bartender as well because the bartender was running late. It's the and of February and they were still advertising NFL specials. I ordered the Twisted Nachos and they might as well have given me Tortilla chips cause there was hardly any toppings. My wife ordered the pizza and it tasted like Ellios, it was frozen pizza. My wife also ordered a Corona and it was skunked. Meanwhile while we were sitting there were 4 people that came to the front door but had to walk away cause the front door was still locked, this was after we were in there for an hour (still never unlocked the door). The drink prices were reasonable. They need to improve on there quality of food and staffing, not a good experience.

I would like to start off by saying the food was great and so was the service our server name was Andrea she was very nice kind and helped us out with the menu because we do not know a lot of English she recommended the fish tacos the twisted nachos and the twisted burger it was Very good my, my children we're very hungry so she made sure she brought their food out first like I asked she gave us a Card to come back because we are planning on coming back soon.. I really loved the food and so did my family. So 5 stars on the food and service and please thank Andrea for being patient with us and kind. I hope to have her again when we come back.

Went here for the New Years Eve food special. I’ve cooked my entire life, worked for several restaurants, eat out at restaurants often, and never quite had a meal this bad. Asking for a steak to be cooked rare, got cooked to a medium-well, my asparagus was burnt and my fiancé’s cavatappi was inedible. Was completely bland (minus the taste of too much garlic powder) and the pasta was over cooked mush. The service was lacking as well, she seemed nice but didn’t seem like she cared, and was not attentive at all. Food took forever and the soup was cold too. I knew we were in trouble the moment we walked in and their was one other table sitting down their (on New Years Eve). Table was also dirty when we sat down. Just seems to be ran without much effort, care or passion. Absolutely do not recommend.

Two of our three visits to this restaurant have been 100% negative. Our glasses were dirty. The glasses they replaced the dirty glasses with were dirty. Our server couldn't handle three tables so a manager took our order and half of it never showed up. We ordered pizza and wings and was still charged extra for ranch. We never received plates. We were refused togo boxes because of their wing special. They were out of parmesan AND crushed red pepper. Really?? You're a pizza joint. It is crystal clear not a single person in that place knows what is going on. Please save your time, money and sanity. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I’ll start by saying that if this was a stand alone restaurant I’m sure it would be out of business by now. This place is basically a sketchy dive bar in a brand new hotel. Staff doesn’t wear uniforms. You’ll see seemingly random people walking in and out of the kitchen. It’s anyone’s guess if they’re actually employees. No one is friendly, in fact they’re rude. Asked for blue cheese waited 10 minutes then had to walk around and find someone else to get it for us. Had to walk to the bar to get a refill of my drink. “Waitress” claimed it was really busy. We were the only people in the dining room and there were 15 people in the bar. I guess they were overwhelmed at 11% capacity. Food was below average. It’s clear they’re either trying to save money by not putting enough cheese on the pizza or the person making them just doesn’t know what they’re doing. I guess I could’ve asked the chef who was sitting out at a table watching football. My suggestion is go spend your money somewhere where they appreciate your business and treat you with respect.
