Large portions for the prices, food is really good. Dressing is amazing. Tzatziki has way to much garlic or whatever is super strong tasting in the sauce. Like a sharp taste

This location is the BEST in the Buffalo NY area. They have menu items you won't find at the other locations. Food is always fresh and hot!! I suggest taking the drive to Niagara Falls to eat here.

Very disappointed in pita lately. I went on Sunday and their fryers and grill were off so I left. Went again today and they closed 30 minutes before 7pm, right after I called them and asked if their fryers were on this time to get the falafel and they told me yes. This location used to be really good but with new staff it’s really gone downhill and have become very unfriendly.

This place used to be palatable but it has gone downhill. They served overcooked falafel sand balls that were so burnt they tasted like Texas BBQ and the pita pocket was torn in so many places I had to dump it out on a plate and use the pita like Indian roti and pick up the vegetables and burnt falafel with it. The "wrap" is made with bread that is too thick yet too small. I don't think I'll eat here ever again.

Below average. The Baba Ghanoush and Tabbouleh weren’t fresh enough, the hummus wasn’t flavorsome either. The dips were pretty basic as well.

Good place for a quick bite and some options for vegetarian or vegans. I tend to avoid their salad dressings as they're high in salt for my liking.
Salad bar is kept tidy and clean and most importantly it tastes fresh - relatively healthy option considering what's available in this food court.
Staff are helpful and friendly too. Would recommend if you're stuck for options!

I'm so sad that this place only has two locations and they are both too far from me! They make fresh food fast and accommodate food allergies. They are reasonably priced and you can buy their sauces in large quantities. Iwill always eat here when I have a chance!

Great service and overall the food is very tasty and fresh. The Gyro meat needed to be grilled a bit, but was still delicious. I felt the falafel were a little too salty and over priced at a dollar a piece. I have made them from scratch a few times and they're pretty inexpensive to make. The stuffed Grape leaves were excellent! I will be returning there everytime I shop at the Outlet.
