Easily the worst fast food experience i’ve ever had. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, cheese, salsa, beans, and steak. It was $16 dollars. I got $3 worth of food. Then my tacos looked like a blind person threw them together. AND they didn’t give me the guacamole i paid $5 for. Safe to say i will never order from this chipotle again. It’s an absolute disgrace. Don’t waste your time.

This place is an utter disaster & has been for months. My guess is it is about to shut down. If you want an easy quick meal DO NOT come here. Online ordering pickup time is ALWAYS wrong - tonight it was 30 minutes extra wait time & being told there were no chips upon picking up my order. 2 workers assembling kept re-opening food orders looking confused. 3 workers PLUS a manager in the back of the kitchen chatting the entire 30 minutes I sat waiting for my food, while people walked in to find out that you could only order online. Shame, I'd love to see this place be good. Rice undercooked every time I've been there, especially the brown rice that I cant even order it anymore. Some of the other veggies and ingredients were stale or sitting out for a long while without being refreshed. The biggest issue is that I've seen is employees make the food, then use the touchscreen to ring you up, then go back to touching food. Either close this place or run it properly, its a Chipotle, not rocket surgery.

Last night I ordered pick up through the chipotle app and when my bf got there at 9.26 he was told my order was never placed, they didn’t have it, and rudely spoken to. They then made him call me and when I was on the phone I said I ordered for estimated pick up time 8.20 and initially the worker said he didn’t have any order then he suddenly recounts my name (I never said it) and said they did that order a while ago and since I wasn’t there at 8.20 they got rid of it. Then we were told they didn’t have anymore food. This location says they’re open until 10 pm AND I placed my order while they had food. It just doesn’t make sense and was frustrating. The hours need to be changed to close time at 9.30 if that’s the case.

Upon arrival I was notified that the site was only accepting online orders, so that stunk. I could have ordered ahead of time if I had know, but I will say they got my order ready very quickly. The only other issue I had was the skimping of sour cream when I had put in for extra. I saw the clerk make it and it looked like I didn't get what I wanted because the sour cream ran out in the front AND a bunch of people were waiting. Otherwise my food(chicken burrito bowl) was excellent and fresh. Big fan of chipotle!

Easily so bad that it shouldn’t even be called Chipotle. Doesn’t represent the brand, nobody there cares to the point that it’s almost passive aggressive towards paying customers. Food is terrible, don’t know how you mess up cooking rice when that’s what you do for a living but they consistently do. This place should be shut down and sealed off like a radioactive disaster zone. Gross, not clean, awful people. Literally a negative advertisement for the brand. Shut it down or clean house both literally and figuratively, because it’s a dirty mess.

Unfortunately, you can’t leave a 0 star rating. As I arrived at chipotle I first noticed they had a sign that said online orders only. Why is this? This is a very common sign the newtown square chipotle has hanging outside. Even though there is a staff member casually eating outside outside so no I cannot believe the whole not online order is from being short staffed. The staff has repeatedly shown that they are lazy and just don’t want to be there. Bad management? No management at all is my speculation. There is 100% enough staff inside to be open to walk in orders as well. The laziness needs to stop. Despite all of this I decided to place the order online. I waited 20 minutes and then walked in to get my order. As I took my first bite the rice crunched under my teeth because of how undercooked it was. And if that’s not enough there was no lime or cilantro to be found in the rice either. If you thought this was bad it gets worse. The steak was not seasoned at all. I was left with a completely bland bowl. As much as I wanted to throw it out I finished it as it was my only source of food at the time. In conclusion I blame this all on the staff being sluggish and straight up lazy. Maybe instead of being on your phones while you work try and make more guac or at least season the rice and steak it’s simply not that hard.

I will never be back to reject chipotle! They are literally the reject location of the food chain. Your food is never right and when you ask for compensation when there is a problem they offer you a coupon! Never again! Bye forever!
