Lovely Sunday carvery. Managed to squeeze us in even though we didn't book. Just spotted the signs on the main road and dropped in. Great value and filled us right up. Nice beer and friendly staff.

The venue could not be faulted, the staff were first class and the buffet was excellent

We were here for our son's wedding. What a great venue for it. Out in the Newton countryside, with lovely, well maintained gardens.
It has a dedicated annex for hosting wedding celebrations which was really lovely. The staff were great and there were plenty of them. The food we had here was also first rate. Great job the Red Lion! Many thanks.

Really lovely little place, the carvery was one of the nicest I've had, nice atmosphere great country pub a must visit. Parking is limited but don't let that put you off.
