Had lunch with friends , food was good but service very slow. Understandable that short staffed. Places a to go order for kids, got home order was completely wrong accept for order of wings. Should be embarrassed to sell 6 wings for $15 dollars. Called back to express order being wrong and her reply was well we go a lot of grub hub orders and short staffed. No sorry. Last time in this place.

I moved to Watertown from Florida 2 years ago and have visited here frequently, even encouraging my friends to start coming here. When I went tonight, there was a new waitress who asked for my and my boyfriend’s IDs and we both complied.(I have a Real ID with the hologram, star, and image in the circle). Because I still have an out of state ID, I also provided my debit and credit credit card. The waitress left with my ID and came back and denied me service. When I asked to speak to the manager or provide alternative forms of ID that prove my date of birth, I was told no. Without being allowed to speak to the manager, the waitress told me I could not be served. I had come in with my boyfriend for dinner and had ordered a beer, but I was not even allowed to order food. I don’t know if this newer waitress has an issue with Latinas, but this is the first time since moving to Boston I have ever been denied service and the fact that I was not even allowed to speak with management was very disappointing and upsetting.

Denied service and turned away for drinks due to an out of State ID even though it was a REAL compliant-ID. Refused to allow us to speak with anyone else (management) on confirming the ID's legitimacy with other forms of identification supplied. Really sad to see after visiting frequently once I moved here two years ago. Will not visit again.

Good local Newton bar and restaurant. Not going to lie it’s weird drinking lots of beers in between families but I guess it’s ok. Many different beers on tap and good food here. Service was good and the staff was friendly. For the Newton/Boston area, the food and drinks are priced pretty well. Will be back again for sure.

went in on the 4th of July since most places were closed. service was good but not great. i got the clam strips and requested tater tots instead of the fries and i am glad. they serve the steak fries which are never crispy enough for me. the clam strips and the tots were crispy and delicious. i got the lemon blueberry ginger fizz which was good but i couldn't taste any of those 3 flavors much plus the drink seemed weak. it tasted good but not what i was hoping for. i will definitely go back to try more.
