Um… snooty. Went in Home Store to buy a throw. Both sales people seemed put out at such an annoyance. One suggested I “look around” to see if they had anything. The other grudgingly showed us a product, wrongly saying an email discount wouldn’t apply. Such is the death spiral of in store retail.
