We had a 9 year old pamper party in the back room of this public house. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Toilets clean. Would use this for a party for my own child.

Everytime I come here I get pleasantly battered and have a good time with everyone here locals or students. The only pub I can come to where after a 28 day bender they’re happy to see me instead of being concerned that I might have a drinking problem. Love the girls. And their daughter

I've been in twice. It was queit both times. Not many beers to choose from but still plenty of choice. I can honestly say I really like this pub and will be using it again in future.

Very warm, clean & welcoming venue! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Live sports channels, music and lovely regulars / staff to keep you entertained. Great selection of drinks, best place in newport. highly recommend 👌
