Amazing food and great atmosphere. It was a bit slow on a Saturday compared to their other locations but service was amazing. The lasagna is great, but they really shouldn't be skimping on the pasta, you will need a side and starter to get full. The pizzas are a great size for 1.5 people. With a starter or bowl it is a perfect size. The food and cocktails taste great and are pretty healthy and fresh.
Fantastic food and service. Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. Loved that they had multiple gluten friendly options, including desserts.
Our server, Alex, was friendly, informative and on top of things - loved him! And the food was great! Loved that, too! Located in the Fashion Island parking lot near Macy's. Perfect for an early dinner and a movie at the Regal Cinema right across the street!
I received the impression that I had gained knowledge from this dinner. I've never been anywhere like this, even though it sounds unusual, because I don't particularly enjoy eating well. However, after eating there, I felt better. I didn't really need to eat dinner, but I still feel full. I feel fantastic and don't feel heavy at all. This location made me feel content in a way that caused me to pause and consider whether I should reevaluate what and how much I ought to be putting into my body.
Service was only passably good. The restaurant's atmosphere is really trendy and contemporary, and the food was exceptional. They have a really long bar, and it seems like a fun place to hang out.
The service from our waiter was slow, but the food came out fast. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the cool air. We were even entertained by a couple of birds eating leftovers off a table that people had just gotten up from. Everything we ate was absolutely incredible. We all chose gluten-free menu items due to one of us having celiac disease, and she just about cried with us all being able to enjoy great food that was gluten-free together. The Margarita Pizza with gluten-free crust and hummus with gluten-free pita bread were so good we ordered another of each. The salmon was delicious. The peppers were great. The lasagna was good. The ice cream and cookies were good too.
The food is always so fresh the ambiance is nice as well. This place is one of my favorites for a girls luncheon or date night.

I ordered the fall flat bread and spaghetti squash chicken with tomato sauce.

Good healthy foods, salads, vegetarian options. Amazing service. We sat at the bar and Eric was the best server ever! I wish they had an unsweetened match late.
I had a great time dinning solo at true food kitchen! I had the Korean glass noodle bowl and it was scrumptious. The bartender made me a mocktail from seedlip, cucumber, and lime and it was very refreshing. Parking was not hard and it was easy to find. The place was very clean and service was friendly and quick. It was not crowded when I went on a Sunday night although it was far from dead. I would definitely go back to try more things on the menu.
