Very nice shopping mall. Enjoyed our day shopping and lunch at Great Maple. There was quite a bit of construction going on, but not too disruptive. The mall was very well kept and lots of seating outdoors to rest.

From someone who hates shopping at malls, I think this place is beautiful around the Holidays. The Christmas tree was a sight to see and there was a Santa house which I assume is for a photoshoot with Santa. Overall I would probably come back here next Christmas just to see the decorations.
Well it is an experience in its own self shopping at Fashion Island. Of course it is pricey but it is also a fun day! Is such a wonderful place to walk and Window Shop and then maybe purchase something that you really can't live without! The best thing are the wonderful restaurants and there's also
Our favorite mall to go and walk around and window shop. Lots of fancy people trying to one up each other in the fashion world. Not the place to shop on a budget. But cool ocean breezes, fun shops and outdoor decor and fountains are fun!
Vast shopping mall with lots of parking, but still difficult to find a spot on weekends, so it is quite popular where people can do almost anything, eating, buying, looking, and having fun.
Enjoy lunch and shopping at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. Lots of luxury brands here and you could find any expensive items you like. Bought two suits from Macy with great discounts. Happy to visit Fashion Island and will come back for second time.

Nice open concept mall, like a little tow, to have a nice walk. Lots of retail stores
I came to this area for dinner at Sushi Roku. A lot of great restaurants out here and decent amount of parking. There is a valet as well.
