Welcoming and prompt service! The food came out extremely quick. Sometimes, staff could be too eager and take plates away when we are still working on it. They're just being proactive, but it can be disruptive to the meal. It's not a bad thing, but dialing back would be appreciated. Overall, it was
I was there for a private Christmas party at the speakeasy under CdM. The place is awesome, pretty cozy, and has excellent service. Before dinner the space was open to mingle and then they had a large dinner table set up for everyone. The cocktails were great and appetizers amazing. The spicy tuna b
Excellent service, and atmosphere is great. The drinks were good. Didn't really come here for the food, but the spicy tuna is good
I made reservations at this restaurant to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary since we were staying at the VEA. It was close and the only restaurant that caught my attention. And kind of nerve wrecking to just pick out a restaurant without having been there before. We were hoping to have a rom

Great ambiance with very good food. The octopus is fantastic, as well as the ahi bites on eggplant. The pastas were good but we steered clear of the expensive entrees. Excellent service from the wait staff. Park in the neighborhood and enjoy the walk. You can valet too.
This place is great for a delicious cocktail or a decadent meal or both. We had a variety of dishes, which included the beef tartar, chicken picatta, sausage pizza, and charred Octopus. My favorite was the Octopus 🐙. Overall, it was a great dining experience with a cool vibe. Highly recommend!
Interestingly unexpected indoor layout. Before entering the restaurant itself, you pass through this almost narrow path, looking at the outdoor seating, you may not be too impressed, but once you enter into this nice and comfortable restaurant, you’re immediately in comfortable mood. Love the color
I love coming into CDM restaurant in Corona Del Mar on Monday nights. Staff is friendly, and the craft cocktails, food, and desserts are delicious. It's industry night, too, so if you work in the restaurant or hospitality industry and live near Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, or Laguna
Went for our anniversary & we really enjoyed chicken piccata, pasta with a lamb ragu sauce, and a warm strawberry rhubarb tart with ice cream that was amazing.
