This place is great!!! All of the comfort foods that you could want. Ice cream, Carmel apples, deep fried goodness, French Fries, and so on... Oh by the way, we should have taken a photo of the corn dog that we ate. It was really good. Fresh, dipped in corny sweet goodness and then fried (as God intended it to be). Served hot and ready to damage whatever orifice that it goes down. Delicious!!!

You cannot go wrong with Jane’s, if your visiting out of town, I recommend the corn dogs, we love them. They only accept cash and the nicest thing about our favorite spot at Newport Beach Pier is, they close at 2:00 a.m.

Not sure if it was because it was 2:30 am or if the corn dogs were REALLY that good, but man... these corn dogs hit the spot after some late night activities. 10/10 would recommend!

Super tasty pier foods! Loved our chili cheese fries. Really cripsy & enough for at least 2 people! One stop shop for everything it was so hard to pick what we wanted. Funnel cakes, caramel apples, boba, corn, nachos, churros, cotton candy, coffee, lemonade, ice cream, shaved ice, smoothies, frozen bananas, deep fried oreos & cheesecake.

Great beach spot for that quick fill up. Could be sweets or maybe some meats (corn dog). Close to the pier, easy access and great service.

Visiting from out if town and stopped here with our church family. We had a really great experience and the food was amazing. And they are open late!

Delicious desert and fast! We loved our chocolate covered bananas and funnel cake!

Came here after a night out at Newport Beach around 2am and had some of their fried Oreos THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER TASTED. The Oreos were so warm and soft, the bread they were wrapped around literally tasted like a glazed donut, it was so AMAZING. We also had a brownie sundae and it was delicious!!! Can't wait to come back! We live about an hour away but I have been bugging my husband to take me back!! It's the best. Can't wait to try more of their menu items.

Great little shack with really good prices. But the best thing they offer is their freshly squeezed lemonade!! Their corn dogs are also good and very inexpensive. If you go to Newport Beach, don't miss out on coming here! This is a cash only place though, but they do have an ATM if you need it.

This place is the best! Pretty much right on the pier. They serve a wide variety of snack style food. My favorite is cheese on a stick. My husband enjoys the deep fried Oreos. Funnel cakes, cheese cake on a stick, shaved ice, corn on the cob, bobba drinks... So much more. Its a pretty small space, if its busy you'll be waiting outside for your order. No seating area just a bench out front. One thing to remember is that they do not take cards, cash only. There is a set of atms outside and one in the building. Just bring cash to avoid the atm fees. Im not from around the area but i cant tell you how many times we take the 20 minute drive because it's so good.
