Review Wild Strawberry Cafe - Newport Beach

Very cute and quaint place tucked in a corporate center! We didn’t want to go to a chain restaurant but still wanted good food. They have a good variety of healthy and savory choices which benefited both me and my husband. Came here for brunch and had the chorizo burrito, ham & cheese croissant, spanikopita (?), strawberry kale salad, almond jelly cookie and chocolate chip cookie. For drinks, my husband and I got a hot chai (not as spicy as I would like, but still good) and an iced latte. All OUTSTANDING! Wish I lived closer to be able to try all their pastries. The service was also memorable. The ladies were all so sweet and personable not just to us but every customer. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back whenever we’re in town.

Mediterranean crepe for breakfast, stuffed with fresh spinach, perfect amount of roasted red peppers and topped with feta and a pesto drizzle. Vanilla latte was flawless. Easy parking and access, fun atmosphere inside and out.

I love coming here for the atmosphere and have enjoyed the food. Pastrami sandwiches, quiche, salads, teas, dessert, etc. It's mostly outdoor seating and when it's cold they offer blankets which is super considerate! Pro Tip: -Take a stroll at the Newport Civic Center Sculpture Garden and check out the Newport Bch Library which are within walking distance. For more tips: @grace.loves.adventures

Was here three times and love the atmosphere and food. For sure have the best avocado toast and you can customize eggs to your liking. I enjoyed their sweet and savory crepes and they have plenty of vegetarian options. When ordering the Nutella crêpe, their in-person menu is different from the menu online so you might have to specify that you want bananas and strawberries. Would definitely come again!

A gem 💎 of a find. The management are great. Staff are cool & fast with orders. Their sandwiches, salads and bakery options are many and a delightful cafe. The food and drinks are served rather quickly. Seating is indoors and outdoors And they have many other products for sale too! I’m really glad I found this place while on Avocado Ave and googled for cafe near by!

My go-to is a wild berry scone with a double shot cappuccino. My daughter loves the strawberry banana Nutella crepe with with banana carmel crepe coming in a close second. The fruit is always fresh and the serving is massive. The staff is always pleasant and the atmosphere is laid back.

Such a lovely Cafe with friendly service!! The pastries are delicious!! I got the Maple scone when it just came out of the oven, and it was so good. The thumbprint cookies are a nice treat as well! If you want to go for the savory, I tried the omelette, and it was delicious!!

I wish I could’ve eaten everything while I was here. This is definitely a unique bakery/coffee shop/ cafe that you should check out. I think it’s the perfect place to meet up with the girls for breakfast treats

Wild Strawberry is Literally my zen cafe spot everything is so aligned and gorgeous. From the smell of the roses to the taste of my chai latte. I love it and I know you will too. Laura and Annabella are the best. I love place that taste and look gorgeous but I keep going back to places that customer service is top notch it’s a feeling you can’t buy. I’m sure they get lots of compliments.

Great location to sit outside. Charming little cafe with yummy food. We usually split the beet salad and Mediterranean crepe. Their lattes are delicious.

I wish I could give this charming cute cafe more than 5 stars as Natasha's little cafe is so much more than that! I have been going here for over 5 years. Originally it was a spot to go pickup some healthy lunch and green juice during work as it's super close to the Newport Beach civic center. The decor is so cute and reminds me of French country but with an enchanting twist. The merch and all the flat-wear are one of a kind and thoughtfully and carefully chosen by the boss lady Natasha. Food is delicious! Everything is fresh, healthy and super clean. Then, a few years later, my mom threw me a baby shower. For the venue, she chose WSC. Again, I was blown away! Natasha and her staff made sure to make it a very special event and did everything to make this as magical as I could have imagined. The catering was done by the chef and the set up was over the top! We had the best time, and didn't have to worry about anything. There is now live music on the weekends, which makes it extra special. Most recently, my family and I went to WSC again for Mother's Day. We didn't have any reservations because we weren't sure if all of us could make it, so we chose to go to WSC (no reservations needed and in fact I don't think they take them, which is nice because there is always space although it can get busy). The Mother's Day Sunday brunch was by far better than any formal restaurant we could have reserved. Best items on the menu: spinach pie, kale and strawberry salad, lemon crepe and the cherry muffins are out of this world! I highly recommend WSC to anyone, for any type of event or just to drop by on weekend or during the week. It's honestly the most versatile and awesome place for any time! They also serve wine, champagne and beer. I can't wait to see how much WSC expands and all it will accomplish without losing its original charm and authenticity!

Cute cafe in the Newport Beach area. I really liked the avocado smoothie and Mediterranean crepe—which is one of the most popular crepes on the menu. The pastries are good (a bit sweet for me but I’m not the biggest fan of sweets and I still appreciated them). Also, the Chai latte is great, I usually have issues with getting one in stores or restaurants because it generally isn’t the correct ratio of spices but they do a really good job! It’s pretty local and doesn’t seem packed a lot. I really enjoy that there is outdoor and indoor seating.

Where you ever been in luxurious caffe in Europe?! Better than that! This place gives off the best vibes and serves up seriously delicious drinks and food. Sooo many options. They have a great variety of luxurious classics and inventive specials. I got green juice & avocado toast last time because I'm addicted- It was beautiful served as well. The service was peak! They were very patient & kind when placing our orders and spread smiles all around. You can tell that all the customers seemed so happy. Overall, I will always come back.

Awesome little cafe just far enough away from Fashion Island . Wonderful homemade desserts and breakfast food. A very nice touch is the soft blankets for the outside tables.

If you are in the Newport Beach area and are looking for some good chicken soup you have to try this place. The soup has a homemade taste and it is absolutely delicious. The soup is just the beginning, they also have a delicious breakfast burrito. They have some pastries I absolutely recommend their chocolate chip cookies and if you are looking for a desert the carrot cake is an absolute MUST! The carrot cake is moist, light, airy and delicious! All of their food are healthier options and aren’t dripping in oil or covered in salt. They also have a juice bar and have a green drink that is good. Thank you Laura for recommending soup, it absolutely blew my mind and will be back for another bowl.

I like the atmosphere and vibe of this restaurant. One must relax at a table and enjoy the offerings. I have only tried a couple of the sandwiches because , I enjoy them so much it’s hard to not order them repeatedly 😋 The baguette is crunchy yet tender 🥖, I go for the pastrami sandwich which is in a league of its own against the best pastrami places I’ve tried!!! I also have had the same fondness for the salami sandwich made in a way I’ve only experianced at Wild Strawberry 🍓 in addition I always get a Kale smoothie 👍. I am looking forward to trying the crepes and soups , also there are baked goods that my coworkers rave about💥 Definately Recommend this eatery that is always consistent with satisfying food.🤗 Thanks Natasha and Alex for the experiance!!!🍓 🍓🍓

Amazing staff! Good breakfast very fresh and tasty. Coffees hot and strong just like I like it. Highly recommend this for a quick breakfast or lunch.

This Place is the best little hidden cafe in the OC ... The salads are perfect, amazing Staff combined with beautiful successful people everywhere ... The owner is brilliant !!!

This place is delicious, healthly, and reasonably priced! I got a omelette (sauteed mushrooms, green/red bell peppers, spinach, avocado, feta cheese), paired with a tropical fruit salad (pineapple, guava, papaya, cantaloupe), and a Nutella coconut milk latte. SO YUMMY! I love that they have gluten-free, protein-rich snack choices to take to-go as well.

I ordered the Mediterranean Crepe.. They used premade roasted red peppers that were still cold in the crepe.. I had to dig through the crepe to find any feta.. It was mainly filled with uncooked spinach. I think if it had been prepared properly and included the cheese.. It would've been good. I was treating myself with this dish.. indulging really so I left thinking maybe I should've ordered something else. Cute place!

Had the curry chicken sandwich on wheat bread and shortbread cookies. Both were delicious!! Super cute cafe, but a little hard to find using iPhone Maps App. It took us behind the movie theater parking lot, but instead it is located in the business center next-door and behind Muldoon's Irish Pub. Very friendly staff. Will definitely go back now that I know where it is.

Homemade baked goods and a killer pastrami sandwich

Banana caramel crepes r perfect! We drive from Long Beach to grab a bite there. Love the roses on each table.
