Review Malibu Farm - Newport Beach

First time here at the restaurant and I was impressed by its beach vibes. The food was very good and the ingredients are fresh from local. The service was great. Overall I enjoyed the food and had a pleasant evening. After meal we took a walk around the beachfront it was really nice.

Good food in a nice setting, right on the dock, and in an area that's fun to explore. It's a great brunch spot. I got Surfers Rancheros and an autumn latte. Both were good. I tried my friend's lobster roll which was delicious but I think that's hard to mess up. Would love to return to try other other dishes. Parking is free in the structure with validation.

This is a really cute outdoor restaurant with lovely views of the marina. There is bar seating and plenty of outdoor and semi-indoor seating. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Our server Louis was very friendly and accommodating. We tried the mimosa flight and the kale apple was our favorite juice to mix with the champagne. I ordered the fried egg sandwich, which was pretty good- it came with potatoes that were delicious. They have a tasty aioli too that paired nicely with my food. My friend ordered the breakfast burrito and did not like it at all, unfortunately. The restaurant also has a dog menu. The restaurant is in an area with many shops to stop. Parking was a bit of a hassle. Overall, enjoyed the views and the experience.

Malibu Farm for brunch was incredible! All of the food we had tasted fantastic. This is a perfect spot right by the water with fun little shops to visit before and after. I highly recommend the Coconut French Toast, Newport Nachos, and the Lido Beef Burger! The mashed potatoes with the Lido Burger were 10/10. The waiter was super knowledgeable and was attentive the entire time. Highly recommend if you are in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, or Long Beach!

The location of the restaurant is great, facing the berth of the yacht, the waiters have a good sense, and brunch is okay. There are 30-minute time-limited parking spaces at the entrance of the store, but there are only three parking spaces, depending on your luck.

Good food, great views and lively atmosphere. Malibu Farm is our new favorite spot on Lido Island for weekends brunch. Try their Surfers Rancheros, Fried Egg Sandwich, French Toast and their smoothies.

Freshness oozes out of the menu! Highly fresh, innovative and nutritious food choices. Seating is fun and it's a combination of small tables, benches and round tables. Eating here is fun and atmosphere is chill. One can't ask for more from the restaurant as it's on Lido Marina. Definitely 5* on the location and the good!

A fantastic dining experience, unique dishes, wonderful service, and surprisingly unpretentious. This place is a treat, though. Expensive and worth it but be prepared for the bill. I'll be back, just not too often. We also had amazing cocktails.

What we ordered -Breakfast burrito -Egg Avocado Sandwich -Baked Coconut French Toast -Latte -Mint Mocha The best thing about this restaurant is the cute food and beautiful beach view. If you want to enjoy a sweet brunch, I recommend the Coconut French Toast. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, the sweet berry sauce and whipped cream go very well together. I really enjoyed the sweet and cute mint mocha latte. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful and fun. I want to try the cocktail next time:)

Great food, above average pricing, wonderful service. Large portions, even kids plates were good for adults. Nice terrace with a marina view. Recommended for aromantic dinner or for going out with friends.

We decided to do Malibu Farm for dinner and it was a great dinner to catch up with friends along the boardwalk on the water. We dined it around 5.30 so we were able to see the sunset. Reservations are recommended for dinner time via Resy. Prices are somewhat above average/high but expected as it is in Newport. We shared the Nachos (which were really tasty, only complaint was the size for $16…). Highly recommend for an appetizer to start with. I ordered the Korean Short Ribs and it was a generous portion of meat accompanied with a scoop of rice and a salad. The ribs were very tender and the spicy sauce that was accompanied with the ribs gave it a good spice kick. This restaurant does have a lot of cocktail options for drinks. In addition, the restaurant has a lot of gluten free and vegan options making it a place for people to find a dish to eat. Overall I would recommend this place as a good hangout and casual dinner in Lido! However I would maybe try their brunch next time as this seems like it is the most popular amongst guests/diners.

Wonderful food and friendly service. Located directly on the water with indoor and outdoor dining. If you dine outside, they have heaters. The vegetables seem very fresh. I would highly recommend Malibu Farm.

I can’t wait to return to this place! So many vegan and vegetarian options. Right on the marina with lovely views even at night time. They offer heat lamps and blankets to keep you warm! The chai tea latte and decaf almond milk latte were delicious drinks to keep us warm while we waited for dinner. Enjoyed the coconut curry and my friend had the salmon. Highly recommend! Service was solid and hosts were super friendly.

Came here with the cousins group. Our monthly get together that sometimes happens, sometimes gets postponed. We’ve been wanting to try Malibu Farms and we finally made it happen. We planned on meeting at 12:30. Parking was difficult but we managed to get spots in the parking structure. They validate for 2 hours and there is currently a 2 hour limit on tables. They told us it would be a 20 minute wait for a table outside. Perfect amount of time for a cocktail! And let’s just say the choices are amazing. I started with a blueberry drink with vodka. It was delicious and refreshing. We had a choice of breakfast items or lunch items and it was a 50/50 split. We had French toast with berries & whipped cream with a side of bacon & potatoes. They served the potatoes with an amazing chipotle ketchup. We also ordered a breakfast burrito that came with avocado crema. wow! It was fabulous but they really need to have Tabasco! 2 of us ordered lunch items. A vegan chopped salad and an addition of shrimp! And the shrimp were gigantic! The burrata salad was calling my name. It was light and the perfect amount of food. They brought the dessert menu but we were all good and didn’t save room. But the ice cream choices sounded amazing! Great atmosphere, great service, food and cocktails. We will come back again, hopefully when the weather is a bit nicer! Definitely glad we came.

This restaurant has a beautiful setting and creates a great environment. The food was great! The food was filling and was pretty healthy for how good it tasted. Their house hot sauce was so good and added a lot to our meal. However it is expensive to get a complete breakfast here.

We went to Malibu Farms for lunch, it was our first time going there. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity is challenging so we went to the parking structure and were told it was full! There was one valet spot near there and we took it. Malibu Farms validates parking for 2 hours but not valet! When we got to the restaurant we were told there was a 40min wait for a table - they take reservations for dinner but not for lunchtime. We grabbed a seat and de used to get started with some drinks while waiting for our table. The drink menu is extensive and excellent, we decided to get the immunity flight (three shots one each for energy, rejuvenation and detox) and it was great. Our table was ready shortest thereafter. At the table we ordered more drinks and our lunch. Service was excellent and very efficient. The food came out quickly and we really enjoyed our meal of salad, sandwiches and nachos! Dessert was a S’mores ice cream that came in a coconut shell and was fantastic. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the meal. I would highly recommend a visit.

Great service! Loved the vibe! Sat at the bar and order a drink and some appetizers. My girlfriend and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and loved every second!
