Summerland Artisanal Creamery - Newport Beach - Photo album

ice cream was not bad but it is a little lacking on flavour. I would go for the thicker ice creams such as chocolate or coffee. I got the one with cookie dough and my husband got the coffee one. Those were better than the other samples we tried.
I was on the boardwalk and all the ice cream shops were filthy. Googled ice cream shops and found this very clean ice cream parlor. Great ice cream and super clean.
Great selection of pastry and ice cream! Place was cute and very clean, and the service was friendly.
Highly recommended if you want a quick sugar fix. Organic and vegan options. Everything is homemade. Very positive experience and would return.
The owner was really friendly and helpful and the ice cream was delicious! The avocado flavor is surprisingly really delicious and simple. Would recommend!
This place has incredible ice-cream! You can try every flavor and will never be disappointed! After that go to the beach and relax!
The best chocolate malt I’ve ever had. And I used to frequent the original Beth Marie’s back in Denton, Texas.
In my 20 years of living this is the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had. You need to come here! I purchased the mint and coffee ice cream. The mint was so fresh and pure and you could tell it was made with real mint, not artificial. The coffee was the perfect mixture of sweet and rich. I also tried the ca
Vanilla had vanilla beans and tasted great. Mint chocolate chip reminded me of the mint we grow in our backyard. Great ice cream, nice service, and good family owned business.
My family and I are staying down the street and I had to have ice cream tonight. Luckily for me Summerland was open at 8:30pm and I was able to enjoy double chocolate and coffee flavors. They were so good and creamy. The chocolate was not too rich and the coffee had mocha chips in it. So good!! Defi
My wife and I travel from coast to coast for work and while on the road we spend the effort to find real local food of all kinds specifically the fun kinds of food. We find ourselves in Newport often and NEVER miss a chance to stop by Summerland for ice cream. This is real hand made food, it is ou
Was it worth the 20-minute drive from CDM all the way to Balboa peninsula to have this ice cream? Absolutely! It’s that good, and it’s all organic. Let’s just say, I was blown away by the flavors and freshness. Totally loved the texture, and the home made feel. I splurged with the Caramel and Vanill
Delicious! Brand new place, you can tell that the guy that owns it is passionate about what he does. He hand makes the ice cream with his own recipes. He actually soaks mint leaves for the mint flavor so it tastes like real mint, not mint extract & green food coloring. Think quality over quantit
ice cream here is absolutely amazing. every handcrafted flavor is homemade, and super creamy. you can literally taste the love in each scoop. highly recommended :)
Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. The coconut chocolate and the milk chocolate were insane! Nice and friendly staff. Go to Great Mex for dinner but then save room for this place right next door - you won’t regret it!
Old Fashioned goodness with some fresh new flavors. A big hit with everyone in our group. I had Maltesers malt and a Goatmilk Raspberry flavor. Delicious! Prices reasonable for homemade artisan icecream. Service friendly and prompt. Highly Recommended.
Stopped here on a mini-vacay in L.A. Owner was awesome and made a recommendation for the peanut butter crunch ice cream. It was terrific! Also ordered an ice cream sandwich, with amazing cookies sandwiching milk chocolate ice cream. He'll even explain his process and the types of ingredients he uses
