Islands Restaurant - Newport Beach - Photo album

Salads and burgers, but done with island flair and flavor. The surf theme is strong and the service attentive. Waited about 15 minutes for a table at peak Friday rush, but service was quick. Some good healthy options such as Turkey instead of beef.
Standard Islands fare punctuated by very good service. With the recent closing of many Islands Restaurant, it’s good to see that the Newport Beach location is still serving up good burgers and fries. As always I ordered the Hawaiian on wheat and it was well prepared.
I got the Kilauea burger and salad as a sub and overall I thought it was decent. The salad was pretty much the shredded lettuce from the burger. The fries were good too. The place was overall clean and service was good. Definitely worth checking out.
The food was great as usual we love coming here once we miss it. Ashley is one of the greatest servers we ever had, notice small details, she's very clever. I love coming here but after Ashley helped us I will make sure that she's the one who's helping us every time we go there.
We have been coming to this location ever since the Irvine location closed. We were looking for another place to go and we found it. We even have some of our favorite staff we have met over the years. The food is great as is the atmosphere. There is something for everyone. I
We live at Newport Bluffs and decided to walk over while we were at the pool. We’ve gotten the chicken wings to do a few times, but this was our first time doing a sit in dinner. I had the watermelon margaritas, which was delicious. It actually tasted like fresh watermelon. I love their wings here.
Good food. Whole family really enjoyed our burgers. Our waiter was great. Very personable. Reasonable prices. Really wish they still had bottomless fries.
Friendly and helpful staff with good food recommendation. lively atmosphere.
Great family dining, especially when you have kiddos. Very family friendly.
Our food was really good and our server Ashley was great. I had the burger with blue cheese and my son had The Kanapali Cobb salad. My only complaint would be our order of chicken wings of about 10 wings was pretty expensive at $18.25. Other than that, no complaints. Located close to UCI.
Great happy hour prices. All day happy hour when pro football is on. Love their mai tais!!
Gorgeous View, Unique Location. A HUGE circular pool with views of the world class golf course, followed by the ocean. Stunning. Great service! Free Valet. Of course the food is expensive. It’s Pelican Hill. But you’re paying for exceptional views and Food. Perfect place to propose or celebrate an a
It’s a nice clean atmosphere where you can get great food at a reasonable price. Very family friendly.
Has some nice drinks and love the nachos. The staff is pretty friendly, and usually don't have to wait too long for a seat.
Always delicious food & friendly service. You can count on quality dishes when Brian Strickland is running the kitchen. Awesome job guys.
