This place is so amazingly delicious. I had the bacon waffle, the best. Also, the salami waffle, waffle with strawberries and whip cream, and cinnamon waffle bites. To drink I had the green tea latte, this was a great combination if you enjoy sweet. The vanilla latter is great combination with these waffles. perfect balance. Will definitely return and bring friends and family here.

Yummy waffles. They have regular waffles and liege waffles. Savory and sweet ones. I would get one sweet and one savory waffle to balance it out. We tried the chocolate chip liege, blueberry and whipped cream liege and the bacon and cheese waffle. All were excellent. Great texture, crispy edges and yummy, chewy inside.
Coffee is also good.

Super good value for money! The selection of different style waffles means you'll want to keep coming back. But only if you don't just keep ordering more in one sitting because they are just soooo good! Bonus points for the friendliest staff!

Great upscale atmosphere. The specials are inventive and delicious, and the latte took me back to Vienna. The staff checked on me twice in the half hour I was there. I would not hesitate to invite an important client for lunch. Get the pumpkin waffle in October, trust me on this!

I visited NB during restaurant week 2015 and scouted the most interesting & upscale restaurants to patronize. The Waffle Affair stood out as "THE BREAKFAST PLACE" I just HAD to go to! Am I glad I stumbled upon this place?!!! YESSS! It was the most fabulous & chic little boutique restaurant I've ever been in! The décor made me feel like I was in a luxe posh French eatery on the coast of Nice! The owners were very personable and very concerned with our experiences and how we enjoyed our foods. The best thing we had was the prosciutto & gruyere waffle with the green chai tea with soy on ice!!! This place was PERFECTION! PLEASE BUILD ONE IN DALLAS!

Inspired by the handheld, on-the-go waffle culture in Belgium, The Waffle Affair in Newport Beach sprung up to tackle this different style of battering up their guests - make everything right in the mix itself. Incorporating the ingredients directly into the batter allows for the 21+ varieties they serve to be presented in a more traditional Belgian way. However, if you are all about the toppings, those are options as well. We were invited to give some of their creations a try so we headed on down to the Bayside Center Shopping Center where they reside.

I’ve always been more of a waffle person than a pancake person. As a kid the only breakfast I really liked was waffles, especially with strawberries and whipped cream. I did not like pancakes and to this day am not a fan. I did not like eggs, though I love them now. But give me a waffle and make it crispy and I was a happy camper.
