This small pizza place was hopping during lunch and I can see why! Their pizza is fresh and delicious and they provide such a fun place to spend some time. They have tvs all around the room as well as a game room so you can play to your hearts content. Their Beatles artwork and music is right up my alley as well! They are well staffed so you get quick and efficient service. They are all friendly and greet everybody be with a smile! Upon asking suggestions I was told straight away their best sellers and specials. Love when the staff knows the menu and business so well! 98% of everything they use is made from scratch. Their pizza dough is fresh, their sauce is house made as are their desserts and even their cheese is hand grated daily! We ordered two slices of pizza, garlic knots and a slice of pumpkin pie. We got the monthly special potato which had great flavors and texture and the meatball and ricotta, their most ordered pizza. I can see why it’s the most ordered with all that cheesy deliciousness. The garlic knots were super tender and delicious and the pie was a great finish to the meal! I, of course, had to go back for more cheesy goodness and got a slice of cheese which was full of ooey gooey cheesiness! You can for sure taste the freshness! All in all a great lunch! I understand why they were named Best Pizza in OC for four years!

I am pizza lover and lemme tell you that is hard to have my heart that easy lol 2nd time in here the dough is well prepared I like the crust and flavor from it.. the sauce and cheese are good... I gets busy at 12, so if you have a big party coming call to order prior and dine in (good music, sports and draft beer)

Ong I craving pizza for lunch b and this place never misses this time tried the pinwheel meatball omg 😳 if your craving something cheesy yup that the one and then I also got the Buffalo chicken which was really good as well a little on the super saltier side but still did its thing man this place is so simple and amazing and have a huge variety of drinks if you want to get your buzz on.

“Incredible” Only way to describe the experience. Ive been wanting to try this pizza spot for a while finally got a chance and i must say this place didnt not disappoint! A prime example of sticking to what you know best! The atmosphere, the staff the food everything was great and then some definitely a must try if your in the area or just take the drive totally worth it trust me!

Is this the best pizza in Los Angeles? Hard to dispute. Loud. Noisy. Friendly. Great service. Easy parking. Just great for kids. And families. Probably the biggest gym all machine in the continent. Enough activities to keep kids engaged and happy for hours. Of course, they will come to you every few minutes for a more more dollars. A dollar black hole. But then true kids are happy for hours. About the pizzas. Big fresh yummy pizzas. Pizzas so good our entire waterpolo team full of hungry kids said things like: “I don’t like pizza. But I love this pizza.” It certainly made a believer of me. And the parents who went there with the rest of the sports team. Lots of seating. Easy big benches. Quick turnover so it’s not hard to find big benches for the entire family no matter how large it is. If I lived close by in Los Angeles, it’d be hard to keep me out with a stick everyday. That’s how good this pizza restaurant is.

I had a hard time finding a good NY style pizza place in SoCal until I found Sgt. Pepperoni. If you want a whole pie or just a slice, they got you covered. If you want a cheese slice or you're a lover of different toppings, they cover a wide spectrum of options. I was stoked that Sgt. Pepp has such a huge variety of pizza you can get by the slice and when you dine in, they toast your slice to the perfect temperature with the perfect crunch. I just had space for the pepperoni (tiny pepperoni is my favorite) and the meatball and ricotta slice which were both delicious so I'll have to come back to do a tour of all the other toppings.

The wait was kinda long but the crew working we're holding it down. They were kind helpful and professional. The pizza was absolutely fantastic. Also they have a mega huge gumball machine! Never seen that before haha

Super cool pizza spot. They have so many different kinds of pizzas in the front case. I went with the Bronx bomber for my slice and it was delicious. You can tell they use better quality ingredients than your typical spots. Also decided to try out their meatball ricotta pinwheel and that thing was LOADED with cheese. Almost too much, but still very good! It’s a cool sports atmosphere in there and the staff is friendly. Was able to watch a baseball game in there while we ate. Definitely will be back in the future

Liza’s tastes great but a bit on the oily side Has to pay it down with napkin. Taste was amazing though. The Pilsner beer is amazing.

Absolutely love it here!. I've been coming here about about 5 years now and even through and after the pandemic the service is always amazing. Staff here is always smiling. The place is always kept clean. This is my favorite pizza place. Pizza portions are great. They have a few beer options on Tap. I definitely recommend their house beer. The cheesecake is bomb!..They have plenty of TV's and they typically have different games on.

One of my favorite lunch spots! Love the Buffalo chicken pizza & brownie. Not only is it a savory and sweet combo, the staff are awesome. Shout out to Mishaun! He’s the best😊

loveeeeed it! We do not live in OC and were staying in Newport, on the hunt for some great pizza... Sgt Pepperonis did not disappoint. we ordered the house salad, garlic knots, pinwheel, bbq chicken/meats pizza and the standard pep pizza, meatballs and wings. it's a thin slice of pizza that's yummy from top to bottom. wonderful service. we tried as much as we could on our first go and were impressed. there's so much good pizza, i can't compare, but i can say, this is a hit!

The workers are very kind and nice. They do their best to accommodate the customers. They never act too busy to help. They are very attentive. The food is consistently excellent and the treats are phenomenal. Both of my children are made out of this pizza. Among other things of course 😅 but I do crave pizza! The atmosphere is clean and we just love it so much! We have never had a medium experience here. It is always top-notch. Every time.

Good pizza but still not NY pizza. On the pricey side in my opinion, especially for being really greasy and a bit soggy. Edit: Got a response saying it's all fresh ingredients, hence the higher price point. Okay. It's better after reheating it on the stovetop to crisp up the bottom of each slice and blotting the excess oil.

This place was great. Staff was dealing with a huge party of wild kids, the place was a mad house and they were still patient and kind, pizza came fast and it was delicious. A manager or owner or something came out to greet us and ask us how our visit was going and that was really nice. She was very sweet and dressed up for Halloween and in the spirit! I really enjoyed this experience and if I wasn’t from Illinois I would definitely have been a regular!

Best neighborhood pie in OC, whether it’s a weird bbq chicken or Hawaiian, traditional sausage and tomato or arugula/mozz/fancy meat, home-run pizza every time. Staff is always really nice and quick as can be. Family friendly restaurant, it’s where the local insert-youth-sport-team goes post-game for pizza. Beer and wine awesome-o. And the only thing my “NJ bagels and pizza” wife likes more than good pizza is a clever name, so this place checks every box.

Definitely the best pizza in Orange County hands down. Perfect for every age, for any meal (trust me, cold in the am and it's still bomb), great wine and beer choices. There are games for the kids, tv's for the dudes and vino for the ladies👍🏼 from heathy options to the giant cookie dessert it's a win💪🏼

Great Pizza! Great lasagna! Great meat balls, Pin wheels and great balls of fire! Its worth the drive down from LA! A cheat day must!

All the people who work here are amazingly nice and the food comes to the table super fast. Both times I have been here they made a mistake in my favor!!! Fisrt time they made my pizza wrong but told me they did and gave me 2 pizzas!!! Yesterday when we were there we ordered a med pizza but came to the table as a large!!! Server told us we made a mistake and made a large but you only paid for medium😊😊😊😊💙❤️🍕🍕🍕🍕 pinwheels and sauce so good!! Big salads. Love this place

Just had a great lunch at Sgt. "Dankeronis" (nickname compliments of Sean McCalla). Meatball Pizza and the house salad is a crowd pleaser. We are hooked and it is on our weekend regular list. Love. Peace. Pizza. Oh yeah!

Love the meatball ricotta pizza and margherita pizza. If the pizza is still delicious the next day right out of the fridge, you know it's special. Great customer service too!

Yummy thin NY style crust! Service was great! We should have got a large. We were still hungry so we got garlic knots! They were yummy & huge! I want a t-shirt?!

Best pizza in Irvine. Their ingredients taste really fresh and we love the ricotta cheese on the pizza.

The meatball and ricotta pizza was delicious. The staff is very friendly. FYI, it was very noisy as there were lots of boys from a sports team but that's OK with us.

Amazing place. Loved everything we tried! The pizza pinwheels were my favorite but the Hawaii 50 was a close second. Love the ricotta on the pizza. Can't wait to come back again.

My husband will make a million different excuses to go miles out of the way for a couple of their amazing pizzas. I'm just lucky he loves me enough to share, even when he hides the leftovers in the refrigerator.

I miss the square slices, that was your trademark? Well at least you're still open with the same taste I remember from the Tustin localtion with the great Yellow Submarine murals.

Lunch special used to be a bargain. Price is now very high and the size of pizza is much smaller. This is the last time I come here.
