Such flavorful food. We started off with the pork belly with Brussels sprouts starter and the wedge salad which were so good it was hard to get to our entrees which consisted of the 45 day aged ribeye and wagu burger.

This is a regular haunt of mine which I absolutely love. Tonight me and my fiancee sat at the bar and were served by Inga who is absolutely a professional at her job you can tell in her attention to detail. We had 2 of my favorites the focaccia bread and agnolotti which we get every time because they are so good!!! This place is very consistent and everytime we go we are always very happy to have gone.

Do yourself a favor and order the Pork Belly appetizer to start. Your taste buds will thank you and later on while you're lying in bed from the food coma you will fall asleep with a smile on your face. Pretty much everything on this menu is a must try so you can't go wrong. Make sure to cap your dinner off with the dark chocolate chunk cookies but keep in mind that dessert is large and delicious. I came in for dinner with a large group, and had a fantastic time. The floor manager (Greg) and our server (Lauren) were fantastic, they made excellent recommendations and gave us just outstanding service all around (everyone in the group is in the hospitality industry, so we know what we are talking about too!). Didn't catch the bartender's name but the drinks were also great. Definitely will be coming here again!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The manager's name is Greg, and he's a really practical And helpful guy. Whenever an issue arose, he promptly resolved it. A super cool dude! 🌟 The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food.

Great spot, good food, nice good service! The manager Greg is really friendly and helpful. The server Carolyn was funny and friendly. Food was amazing, wine was fantastic as well. I will be back!!

This place is an absolute stud of a restaurant. It's definitely not cheap, but it's more affordable than your typical upscale restaurant in the area and the food punches way above its relative price point. Good service, good ambiance, good cocktails, upscale food with still enough casual vibe to feel comfortable and enjoy. We think it's one of the best restaurants in OC, along with its brother/sister Sapphire. They've got a great value proposition going in this restaurant group and we're huge fans. The short rib pappardelle dish they had on the menu this week was insanely delicious, maybe one of the best dishes I've had in my life bar none. And the schnitzel is a staple and never lets you down, just plain delicious.

We've just recently visited Olea. We arrived for an earlier Dinner the place was almost empty besides a few people enjoying themselves. We were lead outside under a canapee even though there were several open tables inside and further away from the drafty opening of the Canapee. I asked if we could take the table further away from the doorway, the Lady who seated us told us the tables were all reserved by 6 (we arrived at 5.20) but the heaters were on. They were on full blast , you basically got fried and then the super cold draft from the wind that evening. It was really unpleasant. The free tables didn't get filled by 6 , some of them were still open by the time we left. (This is the reason why I didn't give 5 out of 5 points) Besides this issue with the heat and cold wind, it was a nice night out. Our Waiter was very attentive and kind , he recommended some of the dishes and we ordered the House made Sugar Pumpkin Agnolotti 10/10 This was the best dish of all the ones we got. It was perfect combination of sweet and acidity from the goat cheese, the roasted hazelnut gave it a round end. The whole dish just tasted like heaven. I wish it would've been a little bit bigger. Crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly with cast iron roasted Brussel sprouts 7/10 The flavor itself was good. The pork belly very dry and not really crispy. The Pecan gave it a nice crisp, the Brussel sprouts were good but we had better ones at other places. Crispy Jidory Chicken Schnitzel with Maitake Mushrooms 9/10 The Schnitzel was crispy, little dry, the sauce had a very strong lemon flavor, the mushrooms were good and the Spätzle fantastic. The Schnitzel could've been pounded thinner to make it more tender (but this is just my opinion) Chefs Nightly Special Selection 9/10 I had a Ribeye Center , with wintergreens ( Romanesco , Cauliflower ) I opted for the Spätzle with my Steak. I liked the flavor of this dish a lot. The steak was medium rare , on point very well prepared. The Vegetables perfectly prepared , the only thing I didn't like was the amount of Oil on the Spätzle other than that it was a fantastic Dinner.

Came to Olea on a weekday night for dinner. We sat outside; it is much quieter outside so it is easier to hold a conversation. Inside is very nice and lively. I think the outside seating area was getting to ready to close, so we seemed a little neglected from a service perspective. However, staff were pleasant. Their signature Crispy Meyer Lemon & Honey Duck Wings were absolutely delicious. Better than anticipated, kind of pricey but definitely would recommend and get again. I grabbed the Jorge Lucas cocktail; I love Mezcal and this drink was underwhelming. I would probably stick to the wine at this restaurant. Also shared the Mac & Cheese as well at the Schnitzel; both were good. Given the neglected feel of service outside; I am not motivated to return soon.

Wow amazing. Got the chicken schnitzel, goat cheese salad, and ravioli appetizer (forgot the menu name for it). And every single dish was packed with yummy flavors. I shared all 3 dishes with my date and I was full after so portion sizes are good :)

Had a mix up with the order but the manager and server responded promptly and in a manner that made for a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Excellent food, drinks and service. Got the last giant meatball so it was our lucky day. And the chocolate cookies with ice cream were great as well.

We had dinner there last night 1-22-22 celebrating 3 birthdays. It was our first time there and just picked this restaurant randomly as we wanted to have dinner in NB… I must say it was an awesome experience… food were superb and everything we ordered were delicious… excellent service from beginning to end..our group highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back real soon… thank you very much Olea’s team for an enjoyable and very pleasant dining experience!!!!!!

I've never been to this spot, but my wife and I were walking by and decided to give it a shot. We are sooo happy we did. The Manger Greg absolute hands down made it the best dining experience we've ever had. He is the best. Also, to top it off, the food is PRIME!!! The best of the best will be coming back, that's for sure. we recommend this place to everyone.

Drinks are excellent here. Great mixologist. Fried green tomatoes are a must try. I wouldnt recommend the rib eye that lack flavor and was overcooked. Overall the dishes were good.

Food was amazing, short ribs and pork belly were decadent, and our cocktail was perfect to cut the richness of the meal!!! Service is fantastic, team oriented, friendly, and careful about allergies!!! Thanks guys!!!

Great food, service and ambiance. Not the cheapest place but, the quality of the overall experience adds value. Will definitely be returning. Update: Same great experience as last time. The pork short rib was phenomenal. Keep it up 👍.
