Love this place. The servers and chef are the best. Food is delicious!!

Fresh food. Had breakfast lunch and dinner here. Good service. Breakfast: egg white omelette was good. Coffee at coffee bar was very good, Starbucks level. Lunch: poke bowl was outstanding. We will come back to have this lunch here! Dinner: best part was the Shor salad and NY cheesecake.

I really liked the food here. I had a Carrot Ginger soup, which was creamy. I took a star away because it did not come with bread and cost $4 extra. The bread was good though, served with an artichoke butter. I also enjoyed the Beyond Burger with fries. The side salads are very fresh and delicious too. Also, try the Atalaya red wine from Spain is delicious.

Hands down, the best service I’ve had! Additionally, Ahi Sandwich is phenomenal and the lemon pepper wings were the best I’ve ever had and I’m from Atlanta. Whatever you guys are doing, don’t change it because I’m coming back for more next time I’m in town! I attached some photos from our dinners here. The bone marrow and grilled octopus were also great!

Excellent spot to sit, relax, and quiet enough where you could have a normal conversation with someone. The staff was amazing. I got the chance to meet staff member named Jay, who was amazingly attentive and whom had great recommendations. The food was absolutely incredible, so much so, that I just had to try extra things to see if it all was or if it was just the meal I ordered. I could not list one complaint. This is a must destination, even if only for one meal.

Shor is located within Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. They are now open to dine in for three meals a day. The service is awesome from the front greeter, server, bus boy, all the way to the chef. They will accommodate your food request no matter how much you deviate from the menu. Thanks to Kiana Maleki (director of food & beverages) and her staff such as Felix, Juan, Angel, Peter, Paige, and Arturo among many others. Wonderful short rib bolognese!!! The pasta was cooked perfectly, the meat was so tender and the sauce was sooo good. We shared one dish and left very full. Looked nicer but I took a bite before taking the photo. The marinated olives were really good too.

Had breakfast here as a guest of the hotel. Service was prompt and friendly. Ordered the acai bowl without the yogurt. The amount of fruit and granola was generous which I liked. I also ordered a side of avocado, which was basically a few slices for $4. Overall I enjoyed but maybe a bit on the pricey side for the portions.

We have been coming to the Newport hyatt for years and are always treated with amazing service and food here with our server Felix and the rest of the staff especially Ryan as well what a nice young man. One of our favorite places to eat and unbeatable service !!

Great food , great service , got the ahi tuna salad to start and the halibut for entree and cheesecake for dessert , my server Jay was awesome

Yesterday, Easter Brunch, certainly exceeded me and my whole families expectations. I can say to management, please update your online photos! Your establishment is so much prettier then those brown seats that you may have used to have. The dining is absolutely beautiful inside with very high end seating. If you are familiar with the RH cloud couches, some of their seating even looks like that. My family and I actually sat outside, but it was lovely. They had white linen cloths draping over the tables with beautiful Easter arrangements in the middle. A serenade during the whole event took place and the waiters worked so hard. I have a gluten intolerance so they had to accomodate an off menu item but it was literally the best burger I have ever eaten. No joke. All the kids slopped up their meals which some times can be hard to get done as they can be picky. I think the only plate that had anything left on it was my dad as he was having an emergency. All around what a great experience. There were fun crafts and games for the kids in back with face painting and the courtyard it took place in was so cool. A big fireplace lit with seats around it and a large screen tv to watch. I commend the super sweet women who put this event on. I wish I got her name, but she did an amazing job. I really can't say enough. This was for Easter and my Dad's birthday so we had many things to celebrate and so glad we did it herw! We all agreed that we will definitely be back to enjoy the ambiance and food again. Happy Easter!

We had a great meal here with Octopus app is amazing, steak tips were also great. But the real star of this restaurant is the server Rob. He is the best server we have ever had and should literally train hyatt team members world wide. As a globalist I stay in Hyatt 60+ nights a year and Rob is the best
