5 stars!!! Tiffany and her team went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for our private birthday party for our kids. Everything was perfect she has such an eye for detail and made sure everyone of our guests were happy! Food was great, the decor was beautiful with linen and flowers, balloons and red carpet...the private room was a dream, it had an happy birthday banner and a great setting! We can't wait to book a private screening again soon!

Best luxury cinema in OC. The moment you step in and go to your seats, you could have sworn you were at a hotel lobby. Food variety is fantastic, they have everything you would want in a cinema + Mexican entrees, sushi, poke bowls, flatbreads and the list goes on. Their poke is pretty amazing, however, sushi ainโt the best.
Seats recline and are spacious. Food comes to your seat, but be cautious that they stop taking orders by 9:30pm or 10:00pm.
The Lot Fashion Island is a fabulous experence. Flavorful meals, cozy, large recliners, clean theaters, and attentive, friendly staff. Highly recommend. So far, the best high end theater dining experience!
We had such a great time at The LOT! Tiffany and her team took care of us so well. The drinks and the food were so good and the service was perfect. Best movie theater experience hands down. The seats recline and are super comfortable too.

I enjoyed a quality movie experience. That is a lot for someone who heretofore saw movies in a theater at a frequency of one per decade. With the comfort of The Lot, I have upped my average to once per year. The experience was worth getting out of the house to spend time with a friend, even for an introvert.
