The place was welcoming, pretty and clean. The food was great and our server Terri was nice and warm. The rest of the crew were attending to the diners like refilling our drinks and giving our to go boxes and bill on time. Its just a great place to celebrate my birthday. They also serve a Low Sugar

The food was good but my plate could have been a bit cleaner ( server did not clean the plate edges before serving ). The cheesecake was amazing. Will definitely go back for the cheesecake!

Great spot we sat at the bar the bartender was very helpful and very nice. The food here was great and ended off with a fantastic couple of desserts I would highly recommend going here
Great place at fashion island. My daughter had the kid's spaghetti (as big as a regular one), my husband and I tried the hibashi steak and the chicken with pasta. They were all delicious.
And of course, the cheesecakes were amazing. We tried the original one and the raspberry fudge.

Simply amazing doesn't even express how great this place is. Went here for my anniversary and it was well worth the experience. Beautiful view, beautiful interior, wonderful staff, and lastly but not least the food was superb. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
This was my husband's first time eating here and it didn't disappoint! We loved our meals and of course the cheesecake was amazing. His drink (Georgia Peach) was pretty and tasty but alcohol was hard to find. Quick friendly service.

Excellent customer service. The wait staff was very attentive and nice. Food was hot and fresh. Ive been to a lot of these restaurants and this is the Crown Jewel of cheesecake factories.
It was Ok.The only place we could find open late. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. It took a little longer, understandable. We sat by the bar and our waiter was very polite and courteous. Our food was good, although we ordered too much! We were so hungry.

It actually was pretty decent. The staff is really nice and the food was really good. I would probably come back and visit this place again, even if I had to wait. Yazzie was the best waitress we ever had . FYI never met her before , she isn’t family , but she is just awesome. Very attentive , great attitude , and PF Changs is lucky to have her. Definitely made my birthday even better then I thought it could be , a big thanks. Food was awesome too……….

I have not eaten at a Cheesecake Factory in many years but it is as good as I remember. Great place to take the family. Reasonable prices, extensive menu, good service and location.
