Good food, atmosphere was quiet but giant bar tv over bar was annoying. Really broke the mood. While the menu is varied, it is,for lack of a better word, uninspired. Nonetheless, the food was perfectly cooked and the drinks were good. Check out the menu and if you see something you'd like, you won't be disappointed.

Porterhouse Lamb Chops with a Parsnip Celery Root Purée, Baby Rainbow Chard and Horseradish Beet Tzatziki. Cooked to a perfect medium rare. Everything on the plate complimented each other perfectly. The bartender was fantastic. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Thank you Oak Grill for the amazing dinner.

The food is especially delicious and the outdoor patio setting quite elegant. Service was on par and did not experience anything bad during our dinner. Their desserts are to die for! Definitely recommend!

Nice outdoor atmosphere by fireplace. Excellent did, good prices. Free WiFi and they allow cigar smoking.

Nothing short of fantastic! We didn't stay at the hotel, we went to the Oak Grill for dinner. The ribeye was amazing, cooked to perfection! . The wait staff was super attentive; we were served by Justin he was awesome! We'd just come from a cigar event nearby and we're feeling super ridiculously silly and Justin played right along, as did the manager whose name I don't know, but they were all very good and I would definitely suggest going back there. Reservations are suggested, during busy times but our group of four didn't wait very long for a table to open up.

The food here is outstanding. This restaurant is located inside of the fashion island hotel. We ate dinner and sat outside around a fire pit. Live music was playing softly in the background and our server was great. It was chilly that night and the restaurant offered you blankets for your comfort. Great place to eat and enjoy live music

This is a great place to come for breakfast lunch or dinner! They have a wonderful area for outdoor seating with fireplace, also is right next to the aqua lounge if you're only looking for cocktails. Happy hour is 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and definitely worth stopping by.

The lobster salad is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, prices are good.

I took my 91 year old friend to Oak Grill today for her birthday lunch! She loved the delicious Sea Bass lunch and the pineapple cake for dessert. More than the food, your server John treated us like royalty. What a fabulous birthday lunch at one of my favorite restaurants! Thanks so much!

Always an amazing experience! Just let Chef Peter pick your meal and you will not be disappointed! Our server Jeff is also always great and coordinates the front of the house for a perfect dining event. Nice to see repeat locals (and frequent travelers)!

The food here was great, but the service was even better! We had Tiffany for our Valentine's Day dinner and she was perfect! All of the food we had was delicious, but our favorite part was their tomato and mozzarella flatbread. That thing was amazing!

A great new addition to the Orange County upscale dining scene, an evening dinner on the outside patio should not be missed. After extensive renovations the dining room and patio have been transformed into warm, chic, contemporary spaces with great lighting and relaxed ambiance. That being said, while the remodel is great, more importantly the food does not disappoint. You can tell Chef Johnson and his team care about each plate coming out of the back of the house. The menu is clean, coastal, approachable and delicious. Don't miss the chorizo flatbread, calamari and scallops. The service is good and earnest, but like any new restaurant it takes time for kinks to get worked out and teams to gel, I imagine service will only improve. Nevertheless, top it all of with a great selection of cocktails and wine and you can be sure I'll be adding this to my weekly rotation.

Very elegant, quiet and excellent food. Lobster salad, soup, pasta were all excellent. Can't remember the bolonese pasta name but it's better than most Italian restaurants. Great for date nights.

Nice ambiance with the outdoor lighting. Their sea bass flavor was unique compared to other places. Thursday wasn't crowded but that was a plus. Waiter was very attentive.

Patio seating is very ample and serene, where you can enjoy your food under the trees, which makes this outdoor space excellent to spend your time enjoying breakfast and drinking endless mimosas. Food: Ordered French Toast and Eggs Benedict, they were cooked to perfection and the presentation is great. We all eat with our eyes 1st then it comes to our nose....for the smell gotnthe food then the palate where it comes to enjoy the dish itself. It was a great meal and having endless mimosas for $10 pretty much enhanced the meal. Also the valley parking is complimentary for people who dine here at the Oak Grill inside the hotel. Price: Price for brunch is very reasonable. I'm surprised it is not more expensive; given it is located inside the hotel. Valet is complementary of you dine in here. Service: The service we received was perfect, not intrusive at all times but attentive at the right times. Mimosas glasses were never empty for long. Verdict: Definitely come back here again, a great place for brunch!!!!
