This place is great for people watching!! You will need a reservation as it’s always full all day long. The French dip was fabulous. The prime rib meat was spot on. The French fries were only ok. Nothing wrong, nothing great. Truffle oil or duck fat would have turned it up a notch.

We really loved R&D, it is so hard to get in there and can be super noisy and crowded. We happened to head at the right time and had a lovely time. The food was good as everything super expensive.
