Celebrated my mom’s birthday and retirement and we all enjoyed our meals and service we received. Definitely recommend seat with a view. Was originally recommended by family to check out happy hour in the bar. The restaurant surprised us with a small birthday dessert as well which was great!
Omg! If you’re in the area…you need to eat here! The fish and chips are amazing but not only that, there’s something for everyone! The fish tacos were also a must order and the chicken sandwich…it’s probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! Service and drinks were on point too! Very clean and orderly.
The food is ok but overpriced, the place is nice and the view is beautiful, it's cold inside, everyone in our group wears their jackets inside the restaurant. The decoration is a little outdated. The drinks are decent.

Shrimp Linguini was amazing. Our server, Katie was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all of our questions.
Located inside of the historic Balboa Pavilion building, built in 1906. Harborside Restaurant is one of those places you sit and think about all of the history this 117 year old building has seen. I does not hurt that the food is also good.
My sister and I visited during happy hour. Happy hour is the best; good priced food and drinks! We sampled about half the menu… drinks are delicious and food is fresh! A must try spot and the view is not dull at all; we watched a seal swim around while we ate.
We recently had our daughters Quinceñeara last month, everything was beyond excellent. We were so grateful with Corey, he was an exceptional event coordinator. They served the Italian menu and all my guests were so impressed with the venue, the food, and the amazing service. My guests loved the tequila bar. The view is spectacular, you will not be able to find another venue with such a beautiful view. We had also attended a banquet there for our son’s basketball team. Jose, the bartender, provided an excellent service. We definitely recommend this place and we look forward to booking another event here.
We had a bridal shower here for our wonderful bride to be and Harborside was absolutely perfect for this. We had a large group of about 50 people and we were so happy with how everything turned out. Jeffrey helped us get in early (before the restaurant opened) so we can decorate the space. The bartender was great and served us drinks early. The food came out hot and delicious. There were no awkward gaps during food service, and as a family full of servers and restaurant owners, we were thoroughly impressed with the service (which is quite hard to do!).

Food was delicious!! It was also fun to look out and see sea lions swimming around. We had calamari, crab cakes, Mahi tacos, seafood cioppino, mud pie and the banana roll things for dessert.
My first time there was today and I loved it. Larissa was my server and she did a great job! The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. The food was delicious and prices were what I would expected. I will definitely be back.
