Amazing food and great atmosphere. It was a bit slow on a Saturday compared to their other locations but service was amazing. The lasagna is great, but they really shouldn't be skimping on the pasta, you will need a side and starter to get full. The pizzas are a great size for 1.5 people. With a starter or bowl it is a perfect size. The food and cocktails taste great and are pretty healthy and fresh.

Our server, Alex, was friendly, informative and on top of things - loved him! And the food was great! Loved that, too! Located in the Fashion Island parking lot near Macy's. Perfect for an early dinner and a movie at the Regal Cinema right across the street!

I received the impression that I had gained knowledge from this dinner. I've never been anywhere like this, even though it sounds unusual, because I don't particularly enjoy eating well. However, after eating there, I felt better. I didn't really need to eat dinner, but I still feel full. I feel fantastic and don't feel heavy at all. This location made me feel content in a way that caused me to pause and consider whether I should reevaluate what and how much I ought to be putting into my body.
Service was only passably good. The restaurant's atmosphere is really trendy and contemporary, and the food was exceptional. They have a really long bar, and it seems like a fun place to hang out.

The service from our waiter was slow, but the food came out fast. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the cool air. We were even entertained by a couple of birds eating leftovers off a table that people had just gotten up from. Everything we ate was absolutely incredible. We all chose gluten-free menu items due to one of us having celiac disease, and she just about cried with us all being able to enjoy great food that was gluten-free together. The Margarita Pizza with gluten-free crust and hummus with gluten-free pita bread were so good we ordered another of each. The salmon was delicious. The peppers were great. The lasagna was good. The ice cream and cookies were good too.

I had a great time dinning solo at true food kitchen! I had the Korean glass noodle bowl and it was scrumptious. The bartender made me a mocktail from seedlip, cucumber, and lime and it was very refreshing. Parking was not hard and it was easy to find. The place was very clean and service was friendly and quick. It was not crowded when I went on a Sunday night although it was far from dead. I would definitely go back to try more things on the menu.

Lovwit, super cute healthy real food. The pretty planters of herbs out by the entrance and the open dinning room inside its just great ambiance. Excellent service and great real healthy food. Maybe a bit over priced but it's Newport Beach so.....

The food is always fresh and tasty. We've been here several times over the past few years. It has staying power. Prices are fairly high die mostly vegetable dishes, but quality and presentation are excellent. If anything has drifted off I would say the staff is not as crisp as it once was. This is somewhat of a trend across the food industry so take it with a grain of salt. However I feel a place like this that is marketing themselves as a fresh, healthy eatery should have staff that tells the same.e story by their outward appearance as well as their knowledge of the healthy benefits if their food. My impression was that they were no different than any other restaurant staff. Service was good and the food delicious.

Kurt at the bar was an absolute gem. He was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed at every turn. Even after we got moved to our requested location outside by the fire, he came and checked on us. I truly appreciated his sincerity and professionalism.

Our waiter Bob was great at helping us navigate food allergies at the table; I highly recommend this spot. I was a huge skeptic of the chocolate chip cookie and ice cream; it was but free (except for coconut) dairy-free and wasn't made with almond flour!! I was blown away, keep doing what you are doing cause you're doing a great job!

True Food Kitchen is always amazing! I have been to this location probably 20 times and I try to come here every time I come to Southern California for business or pleasure. Menu changes seasonally but they managed to keep some of their main Staples throughout the year. The refresher drinks are always amazing as well. I'll be back probably for lunch tomorrow. ❤️

True Foods is definitely a HEALTH RESTAURANT for sure! Great food, but dang the wait was really long on Sunday, we were about to leave! I mean it was already past 2pm and we didn't get our food until 45 minutes later! Geez! Overall though, food was really good and their CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES were TRUEly great! Soft and healthy!
