I love this Hardee’s but this day I made it to honor my children their breakfast and had a coupon for the 2 for $3.49 and that I would get it for them since I’m tired of McDonald’s and Bojangles. I get there and the guy tells me he never heard of the coupon so I’m like but it came in my mail shouldn’t y’all know about y’all promotions? Anyway, I left and didn’t return because by time I got to the house and grabbed the coupons it was past breakfast. I felt bad.

Even though the drive through was pack due to the dining room not being open...it was still pretty efficient. The food was spot on, great taste

Drove up to order and never had anyone say anything I sat there and nothing. No sign on the box or anything not sure what was going on. I rated it with at least a one star solely based on that one visit and the fact that there was no line.

I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I ordered , after I ordered I had 2 cars in front of me , I waited 10 more minutes. When I approached the window, the man that was supposed to take my payment, walked away from the window and preceded to play with the lady that was inside the building. I am not pleased. Needless to say, I pulled off without paying or getting food. So now I am very hangry. This place needs more employees who are serious about their job.

Always take at least half an hour to fix your order. Slowest service ever and workers fake their system being “down” so that they can go on their phones. Several times I’ve passed by at night and they always claim their system is down... and then there will be workers in the dining area on their phones. Please fix

Always slow service. Food is only ok. I was pleasantly surprised to get hot fries this visit. Only visit this place with coupons or purchase the advertised deals as the prices are pretty high if you don't. I live seconds away but only visit a couple times a year because of these things.

The best breakfast biscuit around. Must try the prime rib and fried egg biscuit. Service at the worst was good. I make it a point to stop if I am going down I-85 before 10:00 am
