I'm allergic to peanuts & I specifically wanted a smoothie with almond butter based on multiple promotions they had touting new signature almond butter smoothies. Turns out they were TOTALLY out of almond butter 😣 I felt my whole trip there was pointless. Was told they had been out for 2 months. Service was really good tho & everything was clean.

I would never come back. I ordered online for pick up and it said mine would be ready at 2:18, it is now 2:31 and I am still waiting outside. They also ran out of leafy greens for my lean green protein smoothie and when I called back with saying they could substitute it for strawberries, the lady gave me an attitude as if it was my fault that they did not have the ingredients for my smoothie. When I walked in, I guess they had a problem with another customer right before and her words were “we not letting nobody stress us out today”. Also, I paid for a 22oz and they gave me a 16oz.
