The steak tips from Fowles are out of this world. Tried the Teriaki and Asian Ginger - seriously couldn't decide which I liked better. The staff are very helpful and polite too. Perfect butcher shop!
The new ownership made all the difference. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Top quality meats and an overall excellent experience keep me coming back. Kudos on a job well done!
