Sonic Drive-in

It was late Saturday night but, it still doesn't excuse them from failing to run off juvenile loiterers. They were occupying several drive- in slots. There was loud music, loud cursing and yelling coming from vehicles... It was so loud we had to repeat our order several times. We ended up forgetting part of our order out of aggravation. Waitress said sorry but that it was something they couldn't help,even with aid of local law enforcement. Oh well, not this sonic location!!

I got rude service when I asked for no mayo. The ketchup I asked for was nearly nonexistent. The price on the menu was not the price I was charged, I was charged nearly a dollar more. My receipt said I was due change but I paid with a card. I used to frequent here but, will not be returning. Something seems very off.

I'm sorry, I haven't been here and years and didn't know what to expect. Some of the order screens didn't work and that was slightly inconvenient, but what boggled me was how inaccurate and slow service was. Order a kids cheeseburger meal, only got a Jr burger and no sides/drinks, and also ordered two foot long conies and only got the hotdogs and no tater tots. Then we called in to get it fixed and probably waited 5 minutes before we got a response and when we mentioned we were supposed to get two tater tots, they only brought out one. They also misheard and brought out and orange juice instead of an apple juice. I get there's highway noise and things can go wrong with equipment, but please, if you know a screen isn't working, verify an order and make sure everything is in the bag. What also had me a little annoyed was being able to see inside the building and see employees vaping and blowing clouds and not wearing their masks properly during this Covid-19 pandemic. Our two waitresses that brought out food were trying their best, but food service is a team effort, and you have to hold each other accountable. In all, I'll try again, but if service is just as bad as last time, I'll avoid the place entirely. Food was decent though, I just wish service was better.
