Very clean and modern updated location. Customer service was great. Food prices and wait time was average. you have dine in drive thru or curb side pick up on online orders at this location. Location is very large with lots of parking.

We came in today for a late lunch and ordered fries with our order and they were cold and not very good . I went to the front to order new ones and I explained why and Angel was super sweet and said no problem I will get you new ones. She was super pleasant! She will keep us coming back to this location! Definitely an asset to Mc Donald Newburgh!!!!♥️🤗

Getting tired of this location. Every time we go through the drive through lately we have to get moved to the waiting area for simple things like basic hamburgers and 1/4 pounders and fries. When they finally bring the bag out, one thing or another will be cold because it sat while waiting on whatever item they were unprepared to serve.

This place is in a bad area in Newburgh. I went through the drive-thru had six people including myself and my vehicle so they all ordered something the people who were taking the order was extremely rude and disrespectful even when we pulled up to the window the girl was rolling her eyes at me and had such a nasty attitude it was terrible customer service. I was completely grossed out and disgusted by the Big Mac I ordered it tasted like somebody vomited on their special sauce and it was packed with globs and globs of onions like they just put handfuls and handfuls and smashed it into the middle part of the bread it was terrible never again will I go there unfortunately it was a complete let down.

It's McDonald's, you know exactly what you are getting. But this particular restaurant seems to find it extremely difficult to to get a curbside pickup mobile order correct. At least 50% of the time the order is missing something. Today they did not bring my order out, when I went in an employee stated that they did not have an order for me. I showed the manager my phone with the order and they filled it, but really. This is a supervision and quality control issue that shows lack of attention.
Update- They did it again, nickel and dime games by shorting the order. So you have a hungry child waiting to get his McDonald's, if you don't check carefully before leaving you will have a hungry and disappointed child. Or, maybe they could, in the first place, just give you what you ordered, hmmmm.

Went through the drive thru. What can I say the fries were hot. Received all of my items ordered. One comment, they don't need to put so much salt on their food.

I went inside, the cashier, seems to be Mexican, messed up my order, I ordered 1 shamrock shake, she gives me 2!!!!!!🤬I order a happy meal, she doesn't give me the drink for the happy meal, a colleague walks up to her now they are stressed out Cuz there short someone called out!!!!! And my order gets mess up Cuz of this!!!!!🍻
