I Always enjoy going to busy places, they are busy because they are good and fresh! free WiFi is what gets me all the time because I work from my laptop. I took this picture on the busiest and loudest area but there are corners that are somewhat less noisy, but still great people work here and many are locals who come and get their coffee!

I come here most like every morning or afternoon to get my nitro cold brew. Milo was the one that always hands me the drinks. Very polite and professional! But after they shut down last come week for cleaning or whatever. The whole team were gone. All new faces. It takes forever to get a drink now. My nitro cold brew doesn’t come with nitro anymore. Taste like regular cold brew. My hot latte come out warm. Maybe the management should have old teams back. I feel like I would not go back again for something that doesn’t make me happy again.

My friend and I came today, Saturday 7/25 around 1pm. Ordered 2 wraps and 2 drinks. When we got to the window i was only handed 1 sandwich. I immediately told the girl that was taking orders and working the window that I ordered 2 wraps. I know I did because I said it twice. She rolled her eyes and went to redo the transaction. I would’ve been fine with it, it was a busy time, but I heard her tell her coworker, “apparently she ordered 2” super nasty. I was confused by the attitude. Then she handed us our drinks and asked if we could pull up to the front to wait for the other wrap to be brought to the car. She seemed fine after that, but I guess I was wrong. We waited for about 10 minutes and there was no one that brought it out. So i went inside and got her attention because she was filling straws, so i didn’t think it was inconvenient for her. I said “excuse me, no one brought out the other wrap”, and without saying anything to me, she rolled her eyes again, grabbed the wrap that was right next to the cash register window (which was obviously ready to be brought out), and gave it me and turned her back to me. So i said, “thanks SO much”. I was so taken aback, being that she’s the one who misheard my order. Not sure if she was embarrassed or something? But anyway, only reason for 2 stars is that our food and drinks were good.

I ALWAYS order when I leave my house when getting things here because I expect the drive thru to be extremely long. Today I did the same except when we got there they were only letting people out from the inside. The drive thru line is now 14 cars long and they made everyone who ordered to pick up to still wait in the drive thru (hence making iced drinks watery and hot drinks cool). So the drinks we ordered 10 mins before arriving waited another 25+ mins because they wouldn’t bring anyone’s drinks out. Not to mention the traffic jam the long drive thru causes.
