This place is the best! it's my stepdad Larry's 69th bday tomorrow and he goes to bill and frans at least once a week for breakfast! i called them (last minute from FL) to see if I could purchase a gift card for him..and they were nothing short of amazing!!! Thank you so much Bill amd Fran's...I really appreciate the time you took on the phone to help me get something he would love and use! he's been fighting cancer for a couple years (all clear now) and I know that when he couldn't think about eating, he still went there for breakfast, which means to me..the world. allowed my mom a break from cooking, gave him food he could stomach with chemo (and chance to socialize with neighbors) ..Thank You. Solid people. Solid place.
Like eating at Grandmama's on Sunday after church. We were looking for a local spot on our trip home from the mountains and found this on the Urban Spoon app. More food than you could or should eat at one sitting for a very reasonable price. Waitress was friendly and smiling and service was fast!!!! Will mark this as a stop next time through!!!
GREAT FOOD. Bill and Fran's is open 6AM until 8PM Monday thru Thursday, 530AM until 8PM Friday and Saturday and Sunday 7 until 4. It is the PERFECT spot for a southern style lunch or drop in for breakfast before that Football game. Breakfast is served all day. SEE YOU AT BILL AND FRAN'S
Wow, all you fried chicken lovers, this is the real deal. Fresh, hot, moist with perfectly seasoned crispy skin, plate comes with three sides, bread and dessert! It was like sitting down for Sunday lunch at my grandmothers. So glad we stopped in, our new lunch destination when we coming down I-26.

Great Food!. We stop here every time we come through on our way to Charleston. We usually do the meat and veggies, but this time we tried the cheeseburgers. The burger was so juicy, I kinda had to hunch over to eat it, but it was delicious! YUM! We'll be back in a couple of days on our way back! Can't wait!

Best Breakfast on I-26. We travel I-26 and never miss stopping at Bill & Fran's. Great breakfast but we have also had teriffic lunches here as well
