My family has been going to the Gonzalez Taqueria for over 20 years. The Al Pastor Tostadas are our favorite. I now live in Alaska, but visit throughout the year and this place is a must stop! Great food and service!! Hands down my favorite restaurant in Oregon.

Our family found this authentic Mexican food in 1994 after relocating from Southern California. We were pleasantly surprised to find great food like we always enjoyed in Orange County. A family-run Mexican cuisine that brings back fond memories traveling to Baja and tasting some good old fashion burritos and tacos from down south. Still frequent it every week.

Authentic food was great and the service was good. The churro is a must try. FYI...2 people can eat the burrito!

The food, the bread, the treats. Everything is pretty good here. Just remember it’s getting expensive to eat out specially at a place like this. Every single piece of bread was over a dollar. They were pretty busy and there was even a line to pay.

Long time customer since the late 90s. Food is delicious, however since they were shut down for a while seems like the food taste a little different than before. A little disappointed in the lack of filling in the cream cheese jalapeño bread mostly bread with a little sliver of cream cheese, wish they would bring back tripa, I would pay extra $ to have a good tripa taco! Other than that they are the best authentic Mexican food in Newberg.

I got the super burrito ($10) and it was genuinely yummy, and both the waitress and the cashier where genuinely nice. The atmosphere was home like.

Good authentic Mexican food! Rightly priced and decent variety. Love their bakery section too, they have milk and few necessary grocery items as well.
