I understand the difficulty to get people to work but i do not believe you should lower your standards. I watched two people pull away due to the wait. I was looking forward to getting the new sourdough whopper. I was highly disappointed. The bread was not toasted. Not even a little bit. T

They use some foul tasting oil, making anything fried taste incredibly bitter and leaving an awful aftertaste. For whatever reason they refuse to grill their melts even though all promotional art shows melts having the bread seared. Always something wrong with my orders.

Ordered large onion rings get home and it's not even half way filled. Plus it took them 15 minutes to get my order with only two cars in front of me.
I seriously wouldn't waste my time or money here again. Everything was just bad. Ordered the new expensive sourdough sandwich. Got a regular bun. Tried it again for breakfast didn't get my coffee and everything was cold. Avoid at all costs
I went there, wait wasn’t long… but I’m pretty positive my chicken fries and nuggets were microwaved…. Very soggy and when I held up a chicken fry it would bend… extremely disappointed… especially being pregnant and craving this.. I think I’m done giving them chances.
