Food could definitely be better but the service was great. I LOVED that they serve plastic utensils due to covid. Please bring back the packaged crayons though. Definitely a must with kids.
Very poor service, my waitress managed to make it to my table twice, the food was horrible chicken was burnt onto the hotplate, and the vegetables. I asked for the manager but he was being dismissive and rude.

I take my family to this great spot often! This is my favorite restaurant to dine. I visit this place many times. The food is excellent, the staff is polite and the prices are affordable. I enjoy going in this restaurant for a nice meal.
Worse Applebees I've ever been to. Save your money, between the rude customer service and Mia server, it was a hot mess. They also "ran out" of their special even though it wasn't busy
Customer service is bad and it’s cold but warm by the kitchen all the workers so quick to run to the back and missing people orders. They need to do way better.
They could do better with service & prep. Food feels rushed.

The 8oz sirloin was tender and flavorful... The accompanied sides, loaded mash and garlic string beans were also good... I will definitely be patronizing again...
