Mcdonald's

Soda machine broke for weeks, cashier wasn't trained properly. Several mistakes when taking my order, charged twice for same item, didn't know how to process free deal item. Cashier had to ask co-worker for assistance which was fine, but then manager got involved and he was rude and very unprofessional. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Went on New Year's Day for breakfast. Service was really slow but they were not to blame. Apparently someone didn't show up for work and they were swamped. The middle aged man at the cash register still had a positive attitude and was friendly. I didn't see his batch otherwise I would have mentioned his name here. However the people in the back including the management were mocking the Asian customer in front of me. To Hispanics any Asian they see is "Chino" (Chinese). I heard "el Chino"... "el Chino" this... "el Chino" that... So they were abusing the customer amongst themselves: In other words the staff was very disrespectful of the customer and he didn't do anything to set them off. Whatever they were saying it just wasn't an appropriate word to be using in open public. It just looked like it was a customary thing for them to do. As a matter of fact I have seen this type practice carried out in multiple locations within the McDonald's franchise. It's more like a culture and it needs to stop. Sadly the people who move up the ladder are people from the same batch. Sadly, it's unlikely they will change anything.

The last 5 times I ordered McDonald's through door dash and ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, I never get it, either its not there at all or they give me some iced coffee. That is not what I want! If you don't have the means to make the Frappuccino then take it off your menu. Otherwise, stop giving out the wrong drink/coffee

Placed an mobile order. Picked up from drive thru. Ordered 2 frape. They said machine is broken. And they were not ready to return the charge for the drinks that i never got. I waited at the window . They denied to give me the food for my 3 year old . Who was hungry n we waited in the line before all this. Ther manager said go around . And cancle the order. He was not ready to return my money back. Or give me the food. At the end . I had to tell him that keep the money give me the food atleast as my kid was crying. Makes it the worst McDonald's esperience for me ever . HE WAS NOT READY TO GIVE ME THE FOOD. asked me to come back nest day. I told him i dont live in this city . He did not care . He still has my money.

I went to this McDs for a pre movie dinner. The food was not quite up to par for me but ivliked the convenience... My fries were fresh but the salt was all over the place (one bite was way too salty and the next had none) and my mcnuggets were dry and overcooked. The burger was okay but a bit greasier than i remembered
